If I could give more than five stars, I genuinely would…read more As a woman, finding a mechanic who makes you feel comfortable--and never makes you wonder whether you are being overcharged or taken advantage of--can be incredibly difficult. He is honest, fair, personable, and immediately puts you at ease. He explains everything clearly, never pressures you, and treats you like a person rather than another repair bill. He had worked on my car before, but on December 14, I was involved in the most terrifying accident of my life. My car spun around one and a half times on the freeway before crashing into the center divider with so much force that it practically split in half. The freeway was shut down, and the officers told me I should not have survived. No exaggeration--the first person I called was him. I work in Lancaster and live near Woodland Hills, and he took care of arranging the proper specialized tow for my electric Mercedes EQS all the way from Lancaster to my home. At a moment when I was terrified, shaken, and had no idea what to do next, he made me feel safe and taken care of. The best comparison I can give is that he is like a great doctor with an exceptional bedside manner. He is knowledgeable and skilled, but just as importantly, he is calm, compassionate, and trustworthy. His pricing is extremely fair, he remembers his clients and their family members, and he never judges you when your car is embarrassingly messy--he understands what life with kids looks like! I rarely write reviews--I know, I need to get better about that--but he is truly exceptional. A trustworthy mechanic is incredibly hard to find, and over the past three years, he has become more like family. I would recommend him without hesitation, especially to women who want to feel respected, safe, and completely confident that they are being treated honestly.

I was honestly expecting to pay an exorbitant amount, especially because I know sometimes being a woman can mean getting taken advantage of at auto shops. I reached out to several places and barely got any responses. Then I heard back from Regal Repair. I explained what I needed and they said, "No problem, just bring it in. We'll install it for you." I asked, "How much?" They said, "Don't worry about it. We'll do it, no charge." UM... excuse me?! I knew they were going to have to take the door panel off and that it wasn't necessarily the easiest little fix, so I was genuinely shocked that they were willing to do it for free. They were so accommodating with my schedule that day, got me in quickly, and had everything done in about 30 minutes. I literally begged them to let me Zelle them something for their time and they repeatedly refused. People like this deserve to be recognized. They were genuinely kind, honest, and helpful when they absolutely did not have to be. They have a customer for life with me. I'll definitely be going back when I have some more money saved to have them repair the dent that happened when the mirror was knocked off. I truly can't say enough good things about this business. If you're looking for an honest, kind, and trustworthy repair shop, I highly recommend Regal Repair.
