I decided to take a moment and check my vehicle and all the fluids and I noticed that it had some type of fluid leak. I saw fluid on the driveway I thought it was the water pump but wasn't sure. I went into panic mode thinking I had to cancel my family trip that we had planned for 6 months. I tried getting a rental but they didn't have anything that would fit all our stuff. I then remembered that I pass by Pops Auto Repair every day on the way to work. I would always see that they had a lot of cars they were repairing. So I decided to go there and just get it diagnosed to see if there was any chance I was wrong about my vehicles diagnosis or if it would make it on our trip and back home. I spoke to Manny and told him my situation. I was just planning on a diagnosis and be on my way thinking it wouldn't get fixed since it was that late. He looked at my vehicle and confirmed that indeed it was the water pump. He asked me again when I was leaving for my trip and I again told him tomorrow morning but was not sure now. He said don't worry, we'll take good care of you. Manny ordered all the parts my suburban needed and he said he would call me when it was ready. 2hrs and 15 minutes later, Manny texted me and said you're ready. Manny I am forever grateful for having your shop take care of me and getting me ready for my trip tomorrow morning. I HIGHLY recommend his shop. Thanks again Manny!

After filling the tanks I went to the store in the same shopping center. This is better than exchanging because if you have some left you don't waste it. Just wanted to let the community know about my experience with Fillmore Auto Electric and Tune Up…read more We've been taking our cars to this place for the last 20 years, but sadly this was the last time we used their services. After patiently waiting for almost 3 weeks to get my car back, and paying over 3000 dollars, I got the car back with an empty tank (I filled up my car the night before my husband dropped it off) and a warning light on the dashboard (which was supposed to "reset" with time). The car continued to have the same problems; and sure enough, the check engine light came on again the second time I drove it. This time I took the car to another mechanic with the receipt I had from Fillmore. That mechanic couldn't believe how bad of a job Fillmore Electric did and how much they charged me. He's not sure if they really did all that they said they did. Now I have to pay another couple of thousands of dollars and be without a car, again. In case someone is in need of a car mechanic: I do NOT recommend using them.

The salesman finally couldn't answer my questions and hung up on me . Evidently they want you to sign the dotted line without even reading anything..I feel like i was suckered in to considering possibly buying my car for this warranty at Morris but right now i feel like its a scam. .. We all know and its law in California ..if it's not in the contract in writing its not included..the mere fact they won't disclose this simple information means to me that informed buyers are a threat and not someone they want to deal with. The Salesman alonzo said he would send me a copy of the Purchase Agreement..shortly after i called back after not receiving it my phone number was blocked..WOW!! i also did a bit more digging into the Warranty and found that its provided by American Guardian ..After reading what i could find on the internet i see that there is a Possible Deductible. you have to go to certain shops and they have the right to use aftermarket parts whatever is cheapest. possible even voiding your warranty from Chevy. this is all stuff id like to read before purchasing a $40,000 brand new car..is that to much to ask? ALL AT NO CHARGE TO YOU? is this really true?
