My husband is a disabled Veteran that's been in the hospital, we are on a fixed income, we asked if there was anyway we could get help on the late fees this month and they said, nope, since we were late and they forgave a 50 late fee 2 years ago they couldnt help. 2 years ago!! Wow! Mind you we are usually on time, but we are on a fixed income and sometimes stuff happens unfortunately ! And only asked 1 time in years!! But nope sorry, they dont care, doesnt matter if you are with them for 20 years and on time for 20 years!! Also the rent on the units continue to increase pretty frequently. ​

And the gate was broken the whole duration of my rental where it remained open 24/7 so how secure is the unit when anyone can come and go as they please whether they belong there or not. I am disappointed that I was paying for a secure unit that was not secure.
