My concerns were primarily about the quality of the finished product, not being a custom-built product. My shed had to be constructed on-site as it could not be maneuvered around everything else on my property but Chad and his helper came down from Scio and made it happen. My takeaways were that the materials were first-rate and Chad and his helper's attention to detail was exceptional. Honestly, I could not have asked for a better experience. The finished product is rock-solid and obviously made to last. If I had one suggestion to offer, it would be that they offer a turn-key solution for foundation and finishing (paint/stain) as part of the build on site option as I had to research and make that happen on my own, but I can understand that each market is different and it might not make business sense for them to be able to offer that. So if you want a shed/workshop/playhouse/possible ADU, etc. ,these folks come highly recommended. My thanks to Mori & Jose for a very smooth transaction and to Chad and his helper for such a great experience and great final outcome. So they constructed the building off site and assembled on the area we prepared. Unbelievably the three guys were at my house at 7:55 Thurs and by 5:00 there was a solid enclosed building standing there! Friday was roofing shingles and caulking. The guys were conscientious, hardworking and had good attention to detail---all you want when you're investing in a building like this. I'm very pleased, and highly recommend South River Structures.

Terrible experience!…read more Not even sure where to start... Paid nearly $10k for our shed. Order took months to fulfill. After a few weeks, the paint started peeling in sheets all over and although the company is aware and has photos, they've done nothing after nearly a year now. Upgraded windows were not installed as ordered, just the basic windows put in (not even installed- literally just lying in the open holes and easily pushed out). It took over two months and multiple phone calls to get the correct windows! When calling or texting Mr Stutzman, he was rude and defensive after the sale (before the sale, all smiles). Meanwhile, paint is still peeling! There are plenty of businesses that sell sheds in Linn county. You might want to look elsewhere for yours.
