After a local party, my friends and I decided to stop here to get a bit of a late night snack. I've been hearing about it since it opened, and it was one of the few places still open. The place is pretty spacious, but it was rather quiet. I need some music to play in there or something. Maybe it's because of the time it was? So they have a variety of proteins you can pick from to create a burrito, quesadilla, crunchwrap, bowl, and much more. Each protein has a specific price point. I decided to get a crunchwrap because I can count the times I've had one outside of Taco Bell. I can't even remember all the stuff I got on my crunchwrap besides chicken, rice, and guacamole, huge and heavy. I was easily able to make two meals out of it, and the ingredients were fine. Nothing blew me away, but I was a bit taken aback by the mango sauce. I thought it was going to be this sweet fruity flavor, but it was very peppery. Given how unexpected that was for me, I feel like they should specify that on their menu. Oh, and I had one key problem... I couldn't pick up the crunchwrap at all, and the tortilla ended up completely sticking and camouflaging to the paper inside. I accidentally ate some paper because I couldn't tell the difference! Disappointed with my tacos! I had seen some good reviews and decided to check them out since I was in the area. I got the birria tacos and it was very bland and for the price totally not worth it. It's hard to do the taco salad justice in my photo, but I wanted to point out that Guacado was very generous with their meat portions. I ordered through Uber eats and the ingredients were all fresh and flavorful. The taco shell is just as good as the one from Qdoba. read more

Hey friends! I kept getting ads for this place and recently I saw that they went viral on TikTok so I came to see what the hype is about. I ordered the Crunchwrap taco. I loaded it with shrimp, rice, veggies, lettuce, queso, onion, cilantro, black beans and salsa. Real simple, but amazing! I enjoyed it! The ingredients were fresh. Shrimp was seasoned well. My only distaste was that the wrap could've been toasted a bit longer. Next time I will ask for extra toasted. Also, next time, I will try one of the sauces for added flavor. Maybe the chipotle sauce! +They get really busy during dinner time so expect a wait time. I waited about 15 minutes for my order. + Customer service was okay. +Plenty of free parking. +Plenty tables for dine-in. +Prices are pretty affordable. My crunch wrap was only $14. I'm was looking forward to finally trying the Taco salad bowl from Guacado and was not disappointed. The establishment was clean and the staff was fairly friendly. The taco shell itself was fresh, crunchy, and flaky. It wasn't stale at all. They have a good selection of fresh toppings to customize it to your liking. I chose the honey chipotle chicken as my protein. I didn't get much of the honey flavor , but the chicken itself was still tender. They also have homemade sauces that you can pick from and I went with the mango sauce which was ok. All in all, it was very filling and enjoyable and I will come back to try another variation. Guacado is a newer Mexican grill. Lots of flavorful options to choose from. Birria tacos, nachos, bowls, even crunchwraps. The Crunchwrap was delicious, I really enjoyed the chicken which was juicy and full of flavor. I didn't care for the Smokey habanero sauce, it was way too vinegar forward. But the chipotle sauce and Guacado sauces were both delicious. I'll be going back for sure. read more

I know these people are probably tired of seeing me. lol! I usually go pretty late, so I've never had to wait. The set up is similar to chipotle, but the food tastes better and you have a lot more options. I've only gotten the taco salad bowl, so my review it based on that dish alone. Everyone I've encountered has been friendly when I go there. Like I mentioned, I get the taco salad, and I can tell that the shells they use are fresh; they are perfectly crunchy. The Mexican rice is flavorful, and the steak is well seasoned. I really enjoy the queso blanco. I've enjoyed it since the restaurant was under its old name. This is my second time getting food from here. The first time I ended up stopping in because of TikTok. The food was fresh & overall very good. I decided to give it another try today & the quality of the food is still very good & fresh. I will say they are a bit pricy for their guac & chips which is a small 6.45. I got two chicken bowls with extra rice (2.95) , guac & chips. My total came to 40.55 . I will point out the person that made my bowl never changed gloves from making my bowl to checking me out at the register was a bit of a red flag as they touch money , register, etc . Discovered Guacado Mexican grill while looking for a late dinner and I was pleasantly surprised by the food- I tried the Crunch wrap, which allows you to choose what is inside, it was very flavorful and not too salty. Also tried the guac and chips as well as the dulce leche churros- It was honestly one of the best churros I've had. They have a lot of options on the menu so you're likely to find something you like. I ordered my food through uber eats so I am unable to comment on the service or the actual store but seems like they have an option to dine in and my food was prepared pretty quick so it seems like they have fast service. Have been going to this spot since it was jalapeño grill. Food seems to be the same but unfortunately have to leave a bad review because of the service and miscommunication after getting home and a fully packed bag ripped from some sort of leakage I called and was told bring the receipt and bag same day if I wanted a refund ect. Drove back 25 mins at midnight just to get accused of making the whole thing up. "I would never put all that into one bag"after going back in forth I asked for a manager and the only helpful employee told me to come the next day for their manager and tell him. Come the next day to once again getting the run around on seeing a manager and the cashier telling me he could only do one bowl remake. I've managed fast service restaurants and am very disappointed on the lack of good communication and making a situation right. If from the start they would have just said hey it happened after you left nothing we can do I would have understood and been a lil frustrated but not as much as my end result with me coming multiple times for the end result. read more
