After reading the reviews, I requested Annie--and they were spot on. This was one of the best massages I've ever had. The muscles between my shoulder blades are always tight, and Annie found and worked out the knots without me having to explain much. Professional, relaxing, and well worth it. I highly recommend this location, especially Annie. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

I LOVE LUCY! I discovered Spring Foot Massage sometime after the pandemic and I have been a fan…read moreever since. Even with inflation the pricing is still reasonable and the business has put in place extra cleaning protocols to be hygienic. Reservations highly recommended. On my visits, I can tell all of the staff have regulars who love them. I always call ahead of time to reserve with Lucy, and every time I bring a friend, they have all really liked Heide. We always get the 90 minute combination massage ($55) that splits into a 30 minute foot massage to start and then a 60 minute body massage. This special comes with complimentary foot scrub and hot stones. The pricing here is definitely more competitive than similar business types. The foot massage section of the business has curtains that divide the area up in one or two stations. On my solo visits I get my own section and when I bring a bring we can be in a section together. We really enjoy the privacy. The treatment begins with a warm foot soak. The bucket is lined with disposable plastic so it is sanitary. While your feet are soaking, they massage your face, scalp, neck, shoulders and arms. If there is anything you want them to skip, just let them know ahead of time. Since the pandemic I've been skipping the face portion or if I have plans afterwards I ask them not to touch my hair so I don't look too messed up. Then they move onto the foot portion. Lucy is amazing. She knows all of the pressure points in the feet. I feel like she senses all of the areas of my feet that has tension. The foot portion of the massage is finalized with the sugar scrub and hot towels. Afterwards we transition to the private rooms for the body massage portion of the massage. They have clean blankets on each table and another thin disposable sheet of material for cleanliness. You can undress to the amount you are comfortable with. Spoiler alert, there is an oil massage part so you might want to take off anything you don't want to get massage oil on. Lucy is always super sweet. She always asks if there are areas I would like extra focus on and will check occasionally if the pressure is good. I like a firm pressure and Lucy is perfect. When it is time for the hot stone massage, she always checks that the temperature is okay. The warmth really helps get out any knots. I always feel completely relaxed after her massages. As with all massages, remember to communicate what you prefer to ensure the best experience. I feel like writing this review is like giving up my secret hidden gem, but the business really deserves all of the credit. They work really hard; please tip well!

They don't talk on their phone and respect the silence for a full total relaxation experience. They use Chinese medicine and acupressure points to heal different parts of your body. They offer "medicine" which is like tiger balm/bengay strong menthol oil (applied all over body), "essential oil" which is lavender oil (applied all over body), and "salt scrub" which is more like pieces of glass imo but it really does exfoliate the skin if you need it (legs only)! If you want to have an excellent massage I'd recommend wearing very loose clothing and sandals. Make sure if you wear pants that they cuff above the knee. And tops that they can reach into to massage your neck. Ladies, don't wear a bra. They'll ask you to take it off. In my opinion, the women are the hardest massagers for that deep deep tissue massage. The males tend to give more a squeeze to the muscle which you can feel release the lactic acid build up. Regardless, I love that they mix it up and I haven't had a bad massager (except the lady who may have Parkinson's - honestly everyone deserves a chance and personally, it gives it a bit of a 'vibrating' touch so I don't mind it). The price did increase recently but tbh it's worth every penny for the healing! I recommend you call and schedule your appointment, make the investment, you won't regret it!!!

I was really disappointed with my experience, especially after reading the good reviews here on…read moreyelp. Last night, I rushed after work from Riverside to Upland for an appointment I had for a Maya Abdominal massage. When I got there, I instantly felt like Priscilla was in a rush. She asked me twice if I had ever had a Maya Abdominal massage then told me "well I'm going to show you how to do it on yourself" which came off less helpful and more like she didn't really want to work with me, or as if this was something I really didn't even have to see her for. The massage itself was light pressure and 15 minutes long. She quickly finished the massage, asked "how did that feel?" Then put oil on my hands and read off of a printed PDF how to massage my own abdomen. She started the massage around 6:45 and I left at 7:10 (15 minute massage, 10 minutes of instruction). She charged me $100. I was shocked that she didn't ask me any questions prior, maybe even why I was there to see her. I told her at the end of the massage we have been trying to conceive for 2.5 years and what I knew about my body structurally and she just didn't seem to care much. She just told me which side of my body to focus on more. I debated posting this review but realized there are probably others like me out there looking for caring practitioners who aren't going to charge you an arm and a leg, especially considering the circumstances and how much fertility treatments cost already. I was prepared to pay $100 but not for that. I'm giving this review one star because her office was tranquil, I just wish the care was there.

It consisted of a 50 min body scrub followed by a 50 minute massage. First of all, I have never been interested in a scrub because I figured I could just exfoliate myself at home. After the shower, I was taken back to the room for an incredible massage. Jenny was my therapist and she used warm coconut oil and hot stones to hydrate my skin and relax my tense muscles. She included some face gua sha and a hand mask. I felt so spoiled and relaxed when I left. If you are looking to treat yourself or someone you love, I highly recommend this package.
