I've been…read moregoing to Aurora for seven months now after my Doctor recommended I should do infrared sauna and cold plunge to help with my autoimmune issues. Aurora has a Cryo chamber, which I love and is a lot easier to convince myself to go into rather than getting wet in water. I've been going consistently two times a week, sometimes three times a week starting with the sauna and then finishing in the Cryo chamber. I've noticed a great difference in my body. Also, I didn't get sick with a flu or cold this year while doing it, so it's definitely helped me. There have been days where I can barely move because of RA, but after my appointments my joints loosen up and I'm able to walk a lot better afterwards! Aurora does a great job with maintaining the place and everything is clean! Highly recommend checking them out!

I rotate their primary…read moreservices: full body cryotherapy, infrared sauna pod, nanovi, compression and red light therapy. It has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself! I have struggled with pretty severe eczema most of my life and with age I was getting desperate. Having tried everything under the sun and all the prescription medications you can imagine, my skin is now the best it has been in a very long time. While I still have a bit to go for full relief, I am so hopeful. I also now get a very deep and full sleep every night! To tell you more about the people than just the service at Aurora, I didn't even know this place was here until the Jan fires and we missed the window for donating next door at Petco. Someone told us Aurora was accepting donations too and so we walked over and while dropping our items, received a tour. My only regret now is waiting months later until Mother's Day to ask my family to get me a trial package. Had I started in January I'd be even that much further along in my healing!

Julie was working the front and she immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. She talked me through the experience, showed me the different types of saunas, different temperature cold plunge tubs, where the towels were, lockers, water, etc. She then helped me work through some breathing techniques before and throughout the plunge, counting down the time for me (there's even a neat phone holder to record your plunge). Julie really completed the experience. Twas a great time - thank you!

Linda was thorough with every nook and cranny of all the knots I didn't even know I had in my back. I just went in asking for a shoulder massage but I'm glad I ended up choosing the back massage. Feeling all of the knots and stiffness made me realize how badly I let my self care go. As she was working my back, I could literally feel my body being able to breathe again. I even noticed my posture and body movements afterwards was more fluid and relaxed. I will definitely be coming back for Linda's expertise. We went to the waiting room and there was NO wine and chocolates that are included with the massage. The worst part is that Eva comes to get me for my massage and had NO idea it was a couples massage. It was very disappointing and frustrating. We waited a half hour just to get started bc of the disorganized issues. We will not be returning.
