Eddie, the son's owner was willing to stay after hours to wait for my car to be dropped in their garage. AAA took over 2.5hrs to get to the garage, I dropped the key in the slot. He came to the garage early in the following morning to inspect my car. He ordered the part and charged me under $1500, which was just amazing! I wasn't from Upland, had to pay for a hotel, pay for my food and my lfyt rides to get an around. So they helped me out so much (I'm tearing up just writing this) Upon speaking to his Dad, I found out Eddie works on his whole families vehicles.. from Benz to Beemers. That his Dad is proud of what he has built and even more proud of the type of mechanic (little) Eddie is. That they believe in customer service versus charging customers ridiculous prices. His customer service was great, however the quality of mechanics has dropped off dramatically since most of Steven's guys left. Took my car in for a "simple transmission flush" and drove it out with at 22 warning codes being triggered and no one knowing how to fix it. I drove it in to keep it in maintained in good working condition and had to drive it to another mechanic who says it might be a $1600-2000 fix. I called AA Smog to ask what they did to it and they say it wasn't their fault. I drove it in running great and drove it out with a rough idle, stalling and 20+ warning codes. I have no more trust in the new mechanics and will not be returning.
