I reached out, and they sent a second technician (Christi) who took the time to resolve the issue. While it was a bit disappointing that the job wasn't completed the first time correctly, I am very pleased with the final result. Jayden quickly found and fixed the issue I was having with my door hand and lock. He also spend some time trying to fix my deadbolt too, but he realized the key pad needed to be replaced. Though he worked on it for quite a while, he didn't charge me for it. The Professional Locksmith seems like a good, honest company with knowledgeable workers. Another company told me the handles were beyond repair and needed to be replaced and quoted me $300, but Jayden fixed it for half that.
