I called Brian at Fox Locks and told him I needed six doors all keyed the same. We had set up for service the following day but my schedule changed that day and I had to reschedule. Both Brian and tech Mark followed up again by both cell and txt. Very courteous and professional, not at all pushy or dis interested. Brian rescheduled me for the following afternoon and Mark called me twice that day to keep me posted for his time of arrival. Mark was very polite, professional and knowledgable. Contact Fox Locks as we had been locked out of out parents house and they were gone for the winter. Super responsive, needed pictures of parents Drivers License to prove it was ok to unlock door. They were out to their home the next morning at 8 AM. by 9 we were in the house with 2 new keys and they even helped re-program their garage door opener so the keypad worked. Unbelievable service. One of my best friends was on vacation and I was catsitting for her. I've used her garage code a million times without an issue. Her garage keypad died and her husband replaced it. I locked myself out of my house and when I went outside to shovel my driveway. Mark from Fox Locks was at my house within 20 minutes. He was very friendly and pleasant to be around. We were talking about my lock, and locks in general. He picked my lock and opened the door. I paid Mark for a job well done and he was off. About - 10-20 minutes later I received a call from Mark. He wanted to let me know that because this was the 2nd tine that I had locked myself out and I live alone, he recommended that I purchase a lock with a code on it that he would be able to install for me. I am a clutz when it comes to installing things so I may take him up on that offer. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because of the price. It was $95 and I had no other option.
