The designer did a beautiful job (but she is no longer there). We had a large renovation done that…read moreincluded the kitchen, dining room and LVP flooring. While we had no issues during the process, shortly after the floor was sinking in multiple places. The contractor returned and placed a saddle in one area. Saddles were included in my contract (two separate contracts one for materials and one for labor), so we had paid for both even though they initially didn't use saddles. There was no refund given for the unused materials and work that was never done. They returned again to "lift" the kitchen subfloor. At this point they had to remove the new LVP, so they used our warranty to replace the flooring. The floor continues to sink in multiple areas. They suggested placing multiple saddles throughout my floor. They claimed the floor manufacturer said I needed them, so I don't know why I wasn't told or why it wasn't done during the initial installation. I asked when they open the floor and see the subfloor is unlevel would they do the honorable thing and return my money to me so I can have my floor repaired. I was told the subfloor is level and we are no longer discussing it. They hold no accountability. On top of all of this, they have photos of my home including personal information of where we live, personal details of our family and refuse to take it down. What customer ever wants this!? They have now blocked me on social media, and fail to communicate responsibly. All I would like is the money returned to me for the flooring that is now garbage because they have to take it apart to level underneath, the money paid to do the work that wasn't done correctly, reimbursement for what was paid out but never used. This is a major inconvenience to have to go through construction again. This has been dragged out too long, own up to your mistakes and Do the right thing. be warned and stay far away from this company.

The stress was overwhelming, Overpriced and the conversations were always void of details. We abandoned the project and went on vacation instead! Fast fwd 2 yrs, I finally found Royal kitchens and Bath from the internet. The reviews were all I had to go by (all genuine and positive) and then we met Robert and his lovely wife and our search was over! There wasn't any hesitation, reasonable priced, good communication and patient listeners. Robert's a straight shooter, doesn't promise anything he cant deliver and confident in all he can do. We were blown away how fast and meticulous Robert and his crew were, they installed cabinets, countertops and backsplash, ran new elect lines; replaced 1/ wall in a wk and 1/2! Multiple workers working list a well oiled machine and Oscar, what can we say but OUTSTANDING! The cleanest, most meticulous worker, he was a pleasure to speak with and watch. They were on time every day, Robert visits the work site many times over the course of each day, the crew is clean, skilled & professional and a week later we are in LOVE with our new kitchen! It was a dream job, no glitches and if anything did popped up, it was quickly addressed and remedied. Our friends and family are in awe and we can't stop staring at the gorgeous outcome! So much thanks Robert and crew, smiling everyday! Seriously, everyday :)))

The workmanship was first rate, everything was done on schedule. I have never had a more stress-free remodeling project. There may be cheaper contractors out there, but if you want the best go with NDA. My kitchen looks like something out of a magazine.

Very disappointed. I was highly recommended by the salesperson Walter at NDA to purchase wood…read morecabinets. My husband wanted to spend less and buy composite. I specifically asked Walter what is the warranty. He said "forever". Told me i could contact them at anytime they would help me. We spent 90,000 on a custom kitchen. Now I am being told they no longer can order the touch up kit because the manufacturer doesn't stopped making the color. The representative Michelle said, In all the years dealing with this manufacturer Kitchen-Craft whenever they stopped making a color they will no longer make touch up kits. But if you want to have the doors replaced they will customize for you. It can't be a few doors, it needs to be many. My kitchen is still young and we are seniors hardly use it. They should find a way to help me get a touch-up paint without unnecessarily replacing costly doors. Nicole, in reference to your response below, if you recall you transferred me to Michelle. As stated above, Michelle told me i could not just replace one or two doors. She referenced another customer who had 8 or 9 replaced. She was able to help them after a color had been discontinued. "They would customize as they were purchasing many doors and she didn't think the company would accommodate me". Obviously, the company has a way to make discontinued colors. I can work with a small bottle. It is very fair of me to hold you responsible when i was told i would never have a problem. You made no earnest attempt to help me solve the issue without replacing many costly doors. I will call company directly myself and see if i can get the color. Benjamin Moore makes a sea shell and it looks very similar. From what I understand online this company is in line with Benjamin Moore who still makes sea shell white. Hopefully they can confirm this is the same color. Maybe you have learned something here to help other customers. My purpose in writing this review is informative for other customers as 90,000 is a lot of money to spend and then be told there is nothing to be done.

The cabinets arrived with minor damage on two door panels and one cabinet arrived in the wrong color. The wrong colored cabinet looked like a return that was just boxed up and given to us. The salesman came that week and rush ordered replacement panels and a replacement cabinet and it should take 4 to 6 weeks. We were told to speak to the warehouse for updates and given a number to call. Fast forward to today, we called and was told that the only a cabinet door was ordered for the wrong colored cabinet, not the entire cabinet, so now we have to wait yet again for a replacement. They have the replacemt door panels but have not delivered them. This is poor customer service in my opinion. We have been waiting longer for the replacement peices than the original order!Aside from This mistake the cabinets are beautiful but this delay is holding up the installation of the rest of the kitchen. It would be nice if someone took the time to call us and apologized for the mess up, perhaps I'd be writing a different review. Edit to add: Our salesman was excellent, in no way was this review directed at the sales team at Lakeville. Darren was excellent in executing the design and layout of our kitchen. We loved the attention to detail he had and follow up with the changes and questions we had. This review is solely based on the delivery and follow up of our problemed cabinets doors from the warehouse.
