Keith Stowby from Artistic Cabinetry was nothing but amazing to work with! His attention to detail, patience and expertise was incredible. I have done other projects in the past but have never worked with someone as passionate and creative as Keith. Keith was my kitchen designer and was the brains' behind the project. He patiently listened to everything we wanted and designed our dream kitchen. My husband and I had two very different ideas for our kitchen, and Keith was able to navigate through all of our wants and needs and create a beautiful kitchen that was utilized. His knowledge in construction came in very handy which made it possible to create things that other designers never thought of. His design included things that I wasn't even thinking of but now could never think of living without. The staff at Artistic Cabinetry were all a pleasure to work with. Kristina was wonderful and was in constant communication along with Keith to let me know when everything was coming in and answered every question I had through the process. Their delivery company was wonderful and careful brought in each box which was over 100 of them and careful placed them in the house making sure they were out of the way and protected. The cabinets themselves were absolutely beautiful with minimal issues that were quickly taken care of and/or replaced. Keith came frequently to the job site and went over the cabinets and spoke with the contractors many times to make sure everything was being done as planned. He was always available and picked up the phone when my contractors had questions which was very helpful and very much appreciated. I was very impressed with Keith's commitment to customer service. From start to finish Keith and the staff at Artistic Cabinetry has been nothing but excellent. They stand by their product, are very transparent and make a very stressful process easy. read more

BEWARE!!! Terrible quality and poor customer service. I'm still dealing with issues over a year after having my cabinets installed and Artistic Cabinetry has not been interested AT ALL in making my situation right. They sold me cabinets from a company that they assured me made major improvements in quality and that is clearly not the case. Pieces have come damaged over and over again and the nightmare of finishing my kitchen continues. read more

Original consultation was great. Alex was super helpful getting us to the design. After purchase Alex pushed back on questions concerning design and referred me to his customer service. Cabs aren't aging well. Mostly durability issues. He also referred me to Bill Neumann, Neumann Construction. Bill was super nice upfront. Once the job was completed I could get him to come back to review issues. This was 3 years ago and I am still seeing failures on quality of work. He won't respond to my text messages. Review number 2! This is only the second review i have ever done, and the first was also for this great company. When working with Artistic Cabinetry you truly are in great hands. From the moment you call or walk through the doors you are greeted by Kristina who is not only one of the nicest people to talk to but she is verry quick and eager to put whatever she is working on aside to make sure all your questions are answered and making your overall experience a good one , our designer we were so fortunate to work with was Kelly..... now im sure all of the employees here are just as capable and knowledgeable as the next but to say Kelly went above and beyond is an understatement! Kelly was available to us via telephone / email/ or text pretty much 24 hrs a day and even for things that didnt pertain to cabinets Kelly and Artistic is a major reason why our renovation went as smooth as it did. Kelly raises the bar when it comes to service and even went as far as to come over to measure the addition and tripple check to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and when we had other questions she came back over on her own time to help us with our kitchen design. Lastly the owner Alex who we havnt had the pleasure of meeting went out of his way to call certain companies to get us the best possible price for the cabinets for our kitchen, if that doesnt prove how great of a company Artistic is i dont know what will. If i had my own business i would ask Alex advice how to run a business the right way because he is clearly running a great business and he has a great eye for the people he hires. Paid 6 figures for a kitchen and other cabinetry and installation was completely botched. Cabinets were installed in the wrong locations, had to be taken down and reordered. 4 months later we are still waiting for cabinets that were incorrectly ordered, or not ordered at all, to be delivered. As soon as the guys hear bad news, they do not return your phone call and make excuses why they can't finish. I am uncertain they will even finish and have to hire an attorney to obtain a refund due to unfinished work read more

If I could choose Zero I would. Absolutely terrible. The bigger the order the worse it is. We placed a six figure order and for that you'd figure you get good service or even great service. The communication was terrible, the worst. The only good communication were the bills that came. Terrible customer service. Go to home depot or anywhere else. read more

Over priced yet lacks quality. Better to go to Home Depot or Loews instead. Owner is great at first. Once the money has been paid, you are no longer a priority. The cabinets are LOW quality and the owner will not take any responsibility. Save yourself the grief, go somewhere else! read more
