I am so happy that I went out of my way to add them on Yelp. I always pass on my way home so randomly stopped in one day after getting quotes from the big box stores and they were the cheapest. I needed to replace my kitchen countertop. Did a search for kitchen remodeling and found Galant…read more I was feeling a little awkward visiting a business that does complete kitchen remodeling when all I needed was a new countertop. However, I got a good feeling as soon as I entered and was greeted by Rich, the owner. I explained that I just wanted a quartz countertop and my backsplash replaced. I didn't mention anything about a budget, and I was pleased that he didn't try to steer me to the more expensive products and then try to work down from there. We set up an appointment for him to take rough measurements to get a cost estimate, which was less than I expected based on another estimate I received in which the first thing the salesperson did was try to upsell me. I decided to go ahead with the project. A few days later, the final measurements were taken. We set up an appointment for and had the old countertop and backsplash removed. His crew was on time and did a good removal job and cleanup. Rich told me that I would get the new countertop and the backsplash would be installed within 10 days. Seven days later they were installed, very professionally and clean. One concern I had was that there had to be a seam because of the size of the countertop and I thought it would be visible. To my surprise, the seam was undetectable. They did the plumbing work and everything worked perfectly. I would highly recommend that Galant be considered when doing a kitchen remodel.
