He was reachable by text or phone during almost all hours of the day. I am extremely pleased with the final product. Like almost all major projects, we encountered numerous hiccups but Sam always had an answer and did so with us in mind. Most contractors we contacted simply wanted to replace everything without improving it. Bath Plus Kitchen has actual architects on staff, listened to my list of wants and needs, and then incorporated them. I liked that they change a base price for this, so that I had the option of taking the plans to a different contractor or of using their in-house building crew. We went with their building crew, and we're really happy with how the kitchen turned out. It's so much more open and spacious than before. I have lots of space for working. I upgraded to a powerful stove with a hood, both of which work great. I'm really happy with the quality of the cabinets -- such an upgrade from any I've had before, probably ever. I'm enjoying the little extras that they planned into the kitchen that wouldn't have occurred to me, like dimmers on all of the lights, the quality hardware, touch-sensitive faucet, even the matching wood-panel vent covers and switch plate. The building crew did a very good job keeping the site clean and performing quality work all the way around. Nothing has felt wobbly, looked crooked, or seemed in the slightest bit off. A few negatives: Bath Plus Kitchen is BUSY! We started working on this project in November 2022. We finalized the plans, picked out appliances, and put down a large deposit in early February 2023. Work on our kitchen actually began the second week of July. That's a while to wait! We also had a few communication challenges, like a shifting start date, when to expect the crew to be at our house, and who was responsible for arranging delivery of a few items. It was nothing awful, but worth keeping on top of. Overall, the kitchen looks great and is great to cook in, and I'm excited to have friends over. I think we will enjoy it for many years to come.

Home X Remodeling was contracted with Lowe's and I got a call from Mr. Franciso the scheduler from…read morehome X Remodeling to schedule the cabinet installation Mr. Franciso told us, 1- the installer will come Friday October 20/2023 and since they are not working on Saturday and Sunday the installer will come Friday, Monday and Tuesday to finish the installation of cabinets, 2- they were at my condo on Thursday instead of Friday and since I was there I let them in to start the job. 3-On Friday we got a call from Mr. Stuardo Gordo the installer boss saying they will not come on Friday I understood since they were at my condo on Thursday. 4- Monday October 23, they came and finished floor cabinet installation till 5pm and left the 3 remaining wall cabinets to be installed on Tuesday since I am in high rise condo, and they can only work from 9-5pm 5- We were expecting the installer to come Tues. as the scheduling person Mr. Franciso said they will finish the job on Tuesday, then the installer told me they are not to come on Tuesday I called Mr. Stuardo Gordo their boss why they are not coming on Tuesday to finish the 3 remaining wall cabinets, he was so rude, disrespectful and said they are wasting the time if they come for just couple of hours to finish installing the 3 remaining wall cabinets, he said they have another job (installing the 3 remaining wall cabinets) was not a job for them? Mr. Stuardo said we have to wait for countertop installation which takes 3-4 weeks so they can come and finish the remaining 3 wall cabinets, he did not let me finish and hung up on me. Am I to deal with the mess around my condo since everything is in boxes all around the place for 3-4 weeks just to get the 3 remaining wall cabinets to be installed? I do not understand why wall cabinets have to do anything with countertop for floor cabinets. I know countertop takes 3-4 weeks to be measured and fabricated but Mr. Stuardo said we have to wait till the countertop to be installed meaning I have to wait another 4 weeks then he did not let me talk and hung up on me. Again, I told him and his boss Mr. Franciso the countertop installation has nothing to do with wall cabinet. I am very upset Mr. Franciso said talk to Lowe's since we are contracted with them. The Home X Remodeling crew are very disrespectful and rude. DO NOT work with these people as they are not on time, they do not care for customers. They created very bad experience and frustration for us. If you are thinking about working with Home X Remodeling, think twice before you hire them. Kayla, who is the company co-founder, initially met with me to understand what I was trying to accomplish, and what my concerns were with the project (timing, cost, and symmetry). She spent a considerable amount of time designing the wall according to my specifications and helped me understand details that I had not even considered. Eric, her co-founder, and husband drew out the wall in detail so that we could see exactly what the re-built wall would look like. I am not sure if it was then, or when they covered my whole living room in plastic to prevent dust, that I knew their work was going to exceed my expectations. It did, and it is so spectacular that you cannot tell that the new wall was not always there. They matched every detail in symmetry and color and added very professional lighting. I provided a picture of the color scheme and the solid hardwood floors that I desired. The hardwood floors were a line item in the contract. I also sent an email of the type of solid hardwood floors that I would like from Home Depot to the Project Manager. This company pulled a bait and switch and installed fake hardwood floors when I paid for real hardwood floors. The Project Manager sent me an email stating it was an "oversight". I requested a refund of $6,000; I paid over $15,000 for flooring labor and allowance throughout my house. The company responded, stating that I have a beautiful home and to go and enjoy it. So, after saying it was an "oversight" they failed to take ANY corrective action for this deception. Buyer beware!

I have perfectly installed porcelain tile and hardwood floors, repaired walls, and a new cabinet. Amazingly, they were able to match my existing hardwood with the new hardwood, and there's absolutely no difference - it's as if all of the hardwood was originally installed at the same time rather than being installed years apart from each other! The new kitchen cabinet was also selected and installed, and matches with the cabinets that were already in place. I was also impressed that they do not take any shortcuts, and quality seems to be a top priority for them. Even though my project was small compared to many large renovation or repair projects, I never once felt that I was any less important as a customer.
