When selling premium coffee at premium prices, I'd expect at least a working knowledge of the major high-end coffee makers your customers are using. When I brought the issue up, I asked if they could at least offer a complimentary coffee for the inconvenience, but they refused to do anything. Disappointing experience overall. I'm not just talking about courtesy and baseline customer service, which bosses make their employees perform. He was just as sweet to the Door Dash/Uber Eats couriers.
