I ordered an egg roll and some tempura garlic wings. The food was delicious! It took about 6-8 minutes to be cooked and the staff was friendly and quick! The ONLY reason I put it at 4 stars was due to the excessive garlic chunks on the wings. This was, personally, a lot of garlic for me. If you love garlic, these wings are absolutely perfect! The wings and the other flavors were still really good and I'd love to try their wontons and dumplings. A couple of folks from our group ordered those and they went quickly!! Look them up and see what stop they'll be making next. The bonus is you might even enjoy a tasty beer from a local craft master when they're at another brewery!

Easily one of my favorite food trucks, period. Their food is phenomenal. My personal favorites are…read moretheir egg rolls on a stick (which are huge) and their cream cheese wontons. The way they do their wontons or "puffs" are much more like a croissant or mini pie. Perfectly crisp, with an amazing creamy filling. The batter used for deep frying has a ton of flavor and is never greasy like what seems to happen for many trucks of this nature. Everything they produce seems to have the perfect crispness as well. Overall, the value of this truck is amazing, pricing is extremely fair for what you get and they've never disappointed (I seek them out at all events they pop up at. This particular time we had them come by for a work lunch).

Smoke Session BBQ - The ultimate combo like to get when I visit them. They were out of the Hmong pepper but definitely add that to your meal!

Their menu changes here and there but they offer a variety of delicious goods such as brisket, smoked wings, pork belly, ribs, eggrolls, and loaded fries. They even have smoked turkey legs once in a while! The owner and his wife are very friendly and the service is good and fast. I might have just missed the lunch rush when I went shortly after noon but be ready to get in line on a nice day out! I strongly recommend you check out this place if you love BBQ meats and haven't checked it out yet. Did I mention their prices are also great!? Don't miss out on their Facebook specials when they have them!!!

I've been wanting to try this place for months. I have no idea when it is open; my wife happened to…read moresee it on Bluesky or something so we took off for lunch. Glad we did. 5 stars just for the quality of the brisket. The thing that's amazing, if you cook brisket yourself, is the quality of the trim. A uniformly thin 1/8" layer of fat cap on every piece. No idea how they do it but it's exceptional, just at the right thickness to render properly. The brisket is top tier, maybe the second such brisket I've had in the area like it at a restaurant. Good strong smoke profile, rub is a little understated but good and uniform, everything properly rendered, plenty of gelatin and fat for moisture. Strange thing, the brisket was $25/lb which is more than reasonable for brisket of this quality, but the pork ribs and belly were the same price. I didn't try them so I can't say why the pork costs the same as the beef; I'm guessing there is a bigger demand for the pork from the SE Asian customer base. The hot sauce is not what I expected, quite vinegary and what I think were all red Thai peppers. To be honest I was expecting Kua Txob (Hmong pepper sauce) which would have been perfect with the meat. I'll just have to make it myself next time I find this place open. Mac & cheese was very good, nothing super praiseworthy but a good solid tasty home-style side dish. The fries were the least interesting thing we got, but still okay. Overall it's worth looking for and making the trek in the middle of the day, especially if you're a brisket snob/enthusiast.

I love that they still offer smash burgers as an option too since they are equally as delicious. The pictures don't do it justice as the fish pieces were very generous! Located in the Rosetown American Legion (address is wrong on this listing) so there are plenty of tables and chairs to sit at. The food is ordered at the window and you are given a pager to let you know when it's ready. The owner is super friendly and we always enjoy our food and our time here!

It's located right next to the baseball field. The place was busy. We ordered 3 burgers. It took 1 1/2 HOURS to get our food. People that ordered after us received their food first. I went and complained. Waitress said the order tickets get mixed up. WHY? She wanted to argue with me. 20 minutes later my son went to complain. Waitress said we are working on it. 20 minutes later my wife complained. Waitress could care less. She got the owner on phone. He was on vacation and not there. Said they were short staffed. Was rude. He refused to refund our money. 15 minutes later we got our burgers. 1 1/2 hour wait to cook a 3-5 minute smash burger. The Am Legion is not associated with Station #6 but gave us free drink tokens to try and help. Will never eat there again or refer anyone else.
