We are thrilled with the results from Jose, owner of Groutshapers. He repaired the marble entry that had been ruined with a cleanser, and cleaned and sealed three travertine showers. They sparkle like new instead of covered with soap scum with cracked and broken grout. We asked to be placed on a regular schedule for cleaning and sealing maintenance. He will work on the kitchen floor next. On top of doing gorgeous work, he is reasonably priced compared to other bids. Plus, Jose is a really nice person with integrity. It is obvious that he loves his work based upon the results. I am so happy to refer him to friends and family. read more

Awesome find on Yelp looking for a grout and caulk service near me that would pay attention to detail and stand behind their work. Jose is patient and easy to communicate with. More importantly, he is an expert at material selection and re-sealing grout to preserve the life and look. I contacted him on Yelp and sent pictures of the work I wanted to be done. He provided the estimate by email after being on site for about 15 minutes to verify everything in person and then we scheduled the work for the next week. He set a realistic expectation and the prices were reasonable. There were no surprises, he was prepared and efficient, finishing in a few hours. This is a business that I would trust to do work even if I was not home myself to check the result. read more

We've used the services of Groutshapers on two occasions. We just moved into a new-to-us house, and we contacted Jose at Groutshapers originally for a tile repair on a damaged bathroom counter. That job went very well, and we had plenty more tile and counters that had gone years without re-sealing. Jose was informative and broke down the options and estimates for each area. We've been very pleased with the results. The outside patio in particular was looking dull and shabby - it looks great now. I've occasionally had to re-text him to get a response when we were trying to schedule a specific job, but once we were scheduled, I was set and the job would get done. I would not hesitate to contact Jose again for future jobs. read more

We had a new door jam installed and in the process some of the grout on our interior tile floor was dislodged/ damaged,as well as some mortar on our exterior flag stone patio. I wasn't sure who to call for this small, odd job of replacing grout to match the existing. Luckily I found out about Groutshapers on the Nextdoor website. Jose was quick to respond and came 2 days later. We are so pleased with the results, and the cost was very reasonable. Jose was great with communication. Groutshapers are absolutely AWESOME! I have had my kitchen tile cleaned for years by another company, the other company was in and out within an hour. Groutshapers are hard working to insure you are totally satisfied, they worked 8 hours cleaning up the mess I made of my tile by adding a shiny sealant to my tile. Due to a scheduling issue on my part they came back and finished the job by sealing the grout. I will never use anyone else and I can't say enough great things about their service. Heaven sent? Coincidental? My home of over 40 years was showing some wear in the kitchen and master shower. I keep a meticulously clean home and was bothered by the appearance of problems with my tile work that simple cleaning could no longer remedy. One day I looked up from my home office desk to see the "Grout Shapers" truck parked in front of my home. A sign for sure! Right? I quickly snapped a photo of the contact info on the truck and made a call. So glad I did! Jose responded and said he was working in my neighborhood and would stop by. He kept his word. I am really impressed with the person Jose is! He is prompt, polite and very respectful. I need to feel comfortable with workers in my home and Jose and his team turned out to be the perfect match for me. They made my kitchen tile look like new again. All the tile was cleaned, they filled in lost grout that had fallen away, matched the color and sealed the entire project. My granite island countertop was also cleaned and sealed. My master shower was cracking along the seams. They cleaned the entire space, chipped out the old, crumbling grout and matched/filled it with new material. The entire shower was sealed to perfection! We have already planned another project after seeing what Jose can do with exterior brick pathways! I can not wait to see my entire property spruced up one day soon! Jose is not just a great craftsman. He is a very smart and talented entrepreneur. Yes, his hard work has created a great business but his knowledge and creativity are evident not only in his grout work but all the way to his Tik Tok and Instagram productions! Jose and Grout Shapers are a keeper! read more

Did a great job on our shower; reasonable pricing, clean and courteous. Would highly recommend.

We first met Jose a couple of years ago when he was working for another company. He cleaned the grout and the granite in our master shower and it looked like new! We kept his card because we were pleased with his services. Two years later, we needed to clean grout, granite and tile, regrout some areas, make some color corrections, and reseal in three bathrooms, so of course, we called Jose, who now owns his own company, Grout Shapers. Jose and his assistant were prompt, professional, amiable, and did a great job. Even when we wanted to add another area to clean that was not on the original quote, Jose made time to come back the following morning to complete that. He wants to make sure his customers are satisfied. We are recommending Jose and Grout Shapers to all of our friends. read more
