In the museum of Architecture there is this small restaurant that is bright and clean. I would say that this place is a good choice for small "semi-formal" lunch meetings.
There are not allot of space so I wouldn't recommend this place more then a group of eight people.
Ordered an "Burger Grosch" and this meal is what I struggled with. I never really thought about what a burger is before now and this so called burger are not one.
But with that said this meal was really good. If I would say a few short sentences about this it would be that it tasted a bit like a Norwegian summer.
The meet had the good taste of a typical meat-patty but with a more fulfilling thickness. The cabbage was crisp and fresh and I do believe that it was the main reason why it, for me, had a taste of summer. Alto the boiled potatoes did also effect this since it was prepared in the same way as the potatoes we have on midsummer.
I know that "summer" are not an good example of the taste of a thing but in this I just cant find a more fitting word.
The downside of the cabbage together with the dressings was probably that it got quite soggy and the wholemeal bread got destroyed, at the end I was thinking that it was good that it came in a deep plate. read more
