Waiting area behind the staff's work spaces.

The staff here is really wonderful and helpful!! This location is very modern and clean and comfortable. I usually wait for my vehicles because the waiting area is great and they have wifi for me to be able to work remotely. Yayy! We brought our 2013 Ford Edge here and they fixed all the minor problems, sold and installed the best performance tires for less than anyone else, including TireRack, and did a proper balance and alignment as well as an oil change so my car is running as well as it did seven years ago! They honored my military career by offering a discount as well!! WOOHOOO! We have been bringing our 2014 F150 here for the past few years and they've been consistently helpful and professional in its minor repairs. Ask for Jim Dickey!! He's the BEST!! Now we have a 2019 F350 Platinum and Groove Ford has been absolutely amazing in taking care of us and our newest truck to the family. Love this place.

My Bronco that Groove ford fixed. The AC broke and it was found to be a wiring issue.

$60,000 for a 2022 Ford Bronco. You'd expect to get what you pay for, right? There never should be a problem with a car I had owned for less than 2 weeks, but somehow there was. I bought my Bronco from Biener Ford in Great Neck, NY and proceeded to drive it cross-country. It was 108 degrees out and I was driving across Kansas when my AC stopped working. I called Beiner Ford in NY to ask for help, and they pretty much told me to "Go F myself". Unless I was bringing the car to them, they wouldn't bother to lift a finger. Meanwhile I was on I-70 westbound in bumblefruck nowhere Kansas and I was literally melting in the sun's rays. I called home and asked my pops to help me out. He found Groove Ford on his own after calling about 6 Ford Dealers in the Denver area. They were the only ones willing to help. I got to the dealer before the opened and was an unhappy Karen- type. I was PISSED that my brand new car could break. I even called Ford and asked them to buyback the brand new car. How angry I was that a new car could break and the dealer I bought it from could care less. Meanwhile a dealer who'd I'd never done business with could care sooo much and help me out of a jam. It took all day, but Groove ford was able to fix my car and I was able to get on my way. Huge props to their techs and customer service associates for helping me out of a jam and for helping me not melt in the 100 + degree temps. Thank you guys for having a first rate service shop with great people. You guys rock!

Current "deal"

In March 2023, I brought my car in for an oil change. They advertised a "deal" to get 3 oil changes for a discounted rate ($300 total) if I pre-purchased the next 2. I got my 2nd one done, and scheduled my 3rd, at which time I was told that I still had one oil change left (I specifically asked if it was 1 or 3 left since I thought it might have been a package of 5, not 3). Not to mention issues with this appointment for recalls that they didn't have time to repair and for which I was scheduled, but I get to the quick lane and the package I bought is now $200, AND for the 1st time since I bought the package, they mentioned it was expired. Larry was the service representative who both sold it to me without mentioning an expiration date and who told me it was expired today. Brian, Manager, "discounted" the oil change I already paid for to $65, but there are currently coupons and deals for $67 per oil change, so they really are still just charging me in full when I shouldn't have to pay a penny more. They were kind and do a fine job which is why this is 2 instead of 1 star, and ultimately charged me $55.92 and included a tire rotation, but they still owe me $55.92, recall repairs, and can not be trusted for anything that might be pre-purchased.

Problem solving! X hybrid vehicle (700 mile range) X haul stuff X tow a sh!t ton of stuff X drive though stuff X power stuff (can recharge an EV or power the house) X free up garage space (does not fit) X drives itself (almost) Quite possibly the best buying experience I've had! Ryan Rambo got me into this 2021 F-150 XLT Powerboost (hybrid) with the 7.2kW Pro Power! Overall buying from Ryan was the most up front, honest, transparent car buying experiences I've had (~30 years of experience ~20 new cars). For a truck that is hard to get, I got a great deal! And it did not take all day! Including test drive I was out of there in under three hours! I will definitely look to Groove Ford for future cars!

I would like to say this location is not very professional to start. Next I'd like to mention that the service advisor yelled at one of the lube techs in the lobby in front of customers which is a NO NO in any business. Second I got my oil changed here and when I looked at my driveway there was a giant oil stain (3 of them in fact). At first I was ok with it because they were going to fix it and then send someone to clean it up in my drive way. It has been three days and a call from the cleaner and they still haven't showed up. To me this was upsetting because when a company says they will fix a problem and doesn't then it makes it worse because they over promise and under deliver. Also while I was there they said it was either the bolt wasn't tight enough or they put too much oil in.... yikes! Hopefully this post will shed some light on what kind of operation they are running and that is the purpose of the post.

Terrible service. Zero communication skills. Shady practices. They flat out lied too. I do not know how they are in business still.

This company is pretty awesome and moves fast with finding you a lender. Thomas is great at crunching numbers. I originally tried to get both of my cars refinanced but the kbb value decreased on one of them and it didn't make sense. I ended up getting a lower interest rate and lower payment with 60 days untill my next payment. Sidenote, they used some cool software to get my wet signature remotely. Pretty epic. Anyway, highly recommend RefiJet. They aren't like the same old refinance company, they actually get you the best deal they can.

Instead, the rep (some pushy guy) spent the whole call trying to upsell me on every add-on under the sun--gap insurance, extended warranties, you name it--like I was buying a used car off the lot. In the end, the "best" rate they could supposedly get me was still ridiculously high, way worse than what I already had or could find elsewhere. No real savings on the payment at all. And to top it off, they ran my credit (hard pull) multiple times just to tell me this nonsense. If you're thinking about using them to refinance your car loan, save yourself the hassle and the credit hit. Go straight to a credit union, bank, or another lender that doesn't play these games. RefiJet is basically a middleman fishing for fees and commissions, not actually helping people save money. Total disappointment--steer clear!

Brown to see what they could do and when I got there no one was at the reception desk (I did not make an appointment or anything) and a guy named Macy Marsh saw that I was in need and came out to see how he could help. Mind you I had no appointment, I just dropped in. So I told him what I was looking for in a jeep and he said to give him a little while and he would see what he could do. That same night he texted saying not only did he find one but that it had all the extras too and if I would be interested. I sure was. And to make a long story short he was able to get me the jeep of my dreams in about 48hrs of me coming in with no appointment. Macy and H.M. Brown really came through for me. Thanks again to all made it possible.

I handled the financing from home too--filled out a quick form online and heard back within hours with a rate lower than anything I'd found shopping around myself. Once we found the car I wanted (a 2024 Mazda in perfect condition), wrapping everything up was incredibly easy. No hidden fees like you get at other dealers. The only time I had to visit their location was to pick up my car and sign a couple papers. This was my first time buying from H M Brown, but now I'm a customer for life.

Autopay

I'm putting Pentagon Federal Credit Union, Autopay and Hyundai on blast…read more... This credit union was ok until it wasn't. I obtained a Hyundai Tucson in 2018 and did a refinance through Autopay in 2020 who connected me with PFCU. All was good until the vehicle had some mechanical issues and neither did the Autopay gap insurance or warranty with PFCU cover anything. This happened twice and I had to take out two repair loans to fix the issues; of which I am still paying off. Hyundai cars from year 2014 - 2017 have had various recalls and major mechanical issues reported for the last few years. Hyundai dealership was not helpful either. As of February 2023 the vehicle malfunctioned again, and definitely could not afford another repair loan. Thus I contacted PFCU to ask for a voluntary Repo and they stated to try and sell it myself first because that's their company policy. I took 2 weeks and tried to get a buyer and no one was interested. During that time, I asked for a deferment of payment and PFCU granted that request for one month. I had to obtain another car which is $400 more than what I was paying for the old one. Thus I called PFCU and spoke again to the collections dept to update them about the situation and advise that I can no longer pay for a vehicle that has a transmission issue and is too dangerous to drive when it is shaking with a loud ticking noise. The voluntary repo paperwork was signed electronically and put in process. They even discontinued the credit card that I had through them, of which both were in good standing before all this transpired. I have spoken to 2-3 reps between Feb and now June who stated that the voluntary repo was in process and every conversation was notated of what i said, and today 6/7/23 I spoke to yet another rep who said that she only saw the call from February. She said that the company will not come get the vehicle if it doesnt work and that the car note is over due 67 days. I told her thats a lie, because the previous reps told me that someone would call me to get the car towed so PFCU will try to sell it as is for what is owed on it. Thus the Tucson has been sitting at my apartment complex since February. I transferred the insurance from the old vehicle to the new one; and PFCU sent a letter stating that they applied insurance to it and that amount would be added to the remaining balance. This is the worst experience I have had with any bank / credit union about a car. If anyone reads this, I highly advise that you do not do any business with them.

Autopay has a very deceptive business practice. Over the past three years, they checked my credit…read morescore multiple times after showing me what appeared to be attractive refinance offers, with rates between 4.0% and 5.2%. Since my current Subaru loan is 6.59%, those offers looked better and encouraged me to apply. However, once they checked my credit, they did not honor those original offers. Instead, they came back with much higher rates, between 6.5% and 8.99%. This happened more than once. What made the situation even more misleading is that they used three different names, so each time I thought I was applying with a different company. That is how I ended up being tricked several times without realizing it was connected to the same business. This kind of practice is harmful to customers. It wastes people's time, affects their credit, and breaks trust with those who are honestly looking for refinancing options. Companies should be transparent and truthful, not lure people in with appealing quotes and then change the terms after checking their credit. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Autopay. Please be careful and do your research before applying, so you do not go through the same frustration I did.
