Our concern was possible picking up fleas and ticks at the camp site due to his long hair. We needed a short hair cut for our dog. However, they didn't ask me to pick him up until five hours later, and this was after I called numerous times. When I arrived to pick him up, they were still in the process of grooming him. While I was paying at the register (increase in pricing), I witnessed them cut his paws. My dog screamed in pain. The groomer looked at me and said "he is just being dramatic, I didn't hurt him." Few weeks later I noticed he had cuts/scabs on his elbows. Paws-A-While is now a mess. Avoid this business.
