I am a first time dog mom and Linda not only made me and my pup feel comfortable but I see that she genuinely cares with treating Irie so nicely and talked to her as if she were her own. Linda does a fantastic and meticulous job with all 3 dogs. She has never cut, scraped, or left a so-called friction burn like so many other groomers that came before her have done. Truthfully, our dogs feel so much better with the mobile grooming experience rather than the indoor salon. Our dogs love Linda always look and feel terrific after her visit. She really is fabulous with the animals. (On an unfortunate side note, she has rescheduled every appointment moments before the scheduled time. Clean, modern facilities, top quality tools and bathing supplies. She did a fantastic job on my 11 yr.-old Pug and 5 year old toy Maltipoo. They both looked so clean and smelled great too. Linda did a great job with Miyo, as I was there first hand to see it. She was very careful with shaving him because of all the matted hair. She manually removed the matted hairs that was to close to the skin, which is tough, because she didn't want to risk hurting Miyo by using the razor on those. But then she sent me this agreement to sign. Could not bring myself to sign it. Basically she puts all responsibility on the pet owner. Seems to me a business owner should adequately insurance themselves. I am not in the van to see what happens, to what could conceivably precipitate a bite or property damage.
