My princess Minnie looking beautiful thanks pet-wash!

I love this place very attentive and professional staff recommend it to everyone! My dog loves this place she is very calm after picking her up very positive.

This was my dogs first time getting a haircut and isaac did such an amazing job, I was truly impressed with the whole experience! Will be coming back here for the foreseeable future!

I usually groom my large standard Goldendoodle myself, but this time I needed additional help because he got into the way of a skunk and the odor was not coming out. Isaac and The Pet Wash to the rescue! This was my first time and I never knew how easy it could be to groom. I usually spend at least 3 to 4 hours for Buddy's bath and dry. With the supplies at The Pet Wash it took me less than an hour!!! Buddy will be getting all his baths here from now on! Thank you Isaac for your help and patience with the skunk deodorizer too!

Was my first time going here I loved the self service, great experience. Definitely recommend

Riley S.

We adopted Zip recently and it seems he's had some past trauma at the groomer so our experience at PetSmart was not so good. We were referred to The Pet Wash and were eager to try it out given their philosophy. It did not disappoint. They treated Zip super well and his cut was perfect. Quick, too. Worth the price.

I have taken my dog, miso, to many groomers and the gals here are so gentle and attentive. I recommend them if you are in need of a new groomer

I love it here super affordable and convenient for in between grooming . I love the customer service.

This is the face a saw when I walked through the door. It couldn't get any better.

We were looking for a pet groomer that could wash, cut and trim toe nails to our border terrier before we took him camping. We called pet wash and they estimated a price $90 for 1 hour. Our concern was possible picking up fleas and ticks at the camp site due to his long hair. We needed a short hair cut for our dog. After their grooming care to our puppy, we were pleasantly surprised how good he looked and the price was more than reasonable $65. I highly recommend the pet wash for grooming care for your pet. read more

The main reason we come to this self-wash location is because of the soap pump, which makes washing our large dog much quicker and easier. Unfortunately, when we visited today the soap pump wasn't working from the start, which made the wash take significantly longer. Because of that, we had to add extra time that cost an additional $10. When I mentioned the issue, the employee in charge questioned what happened to the pump as if we had broken it, even though it was already not working when we started. While she eventually removed the charge, the interaction felt rude and accusatory. She also mentioned she would be removing the pump entirely, which was disappointing since it's the main reason we choose this location. Overall, the experience left us feeling blamed for something that wasn't our fault. This place has always been 5 stars worthy until this interaction. read more

We regularly get our dog groomed here, normally great. We cancelled one apt and the required us to give a card for a deposit. I read all of the details the the store employee over the phone and the next day it was used for a $900 phone bill in Dallas. Funny thing is is the card that was used was an authorized user card that hadn't been used for anything else. Be careful with this place, I understand it's family owned which is great. But dork take advantage of your guests. read more

A recent discovery how much easier it is to take the fur kids to a dog wash instead of trying to navigate it from a bath tub at home. The ladies here are lovely and kind! The private stalls are perfect! Worth EVERY PENNY! Little ladders make it super easy for the dogs to get into the tub, and they had all the "fixins" for a dog wash. read more

I have been taking my anxious dogs here for years and they've always done a great job. It's not easy to find a trustworthy groomer, and I'm grateful that their prices are reasonable for LA. There are a lot of groomers out there who dont know what they're doing or lack the patience and compassion to ensure your dog has a safe experience that isn't traumatizing or harmful. Everyone at The Pet Wash knows what they're doing and does it with compassion. Why do other groomers need to take your dog behind closed doors and keep them in a cage? My dogs are my world and I wouldn't take then anywhere else. read more

Hi Everybody. Today After a little too long since my last visit. My "Master" Finally decided to bring me along for a visit. To my great surprise & delight the amazing Issac. My 4-year-old cocker spaniel, Bentley, is very energetic and hates being bathed. I resulted to trying to do it myself and it was difficult. After trying different places that couldn't handle him, I gave up. The Pet Wash was recommended by a client that they will be able to handle him. I didn't try them right away, but I'm so happy that I finally did. Carlos was his groomer and did a fantastic job, from the time Bentley was introduced to him. Carlos was able to see Bentley behavior and knew that he was not a threat. And was able to get him in a somewhat calm state. He guaranteed me that he would be able to do the job and he did. I wanted to give you thanks on this Thanksgiving Day. Thank you, Carlos and you have gained a fan (me) and a new client (Bentley). Dawn read more

Unfortunately, I have to give this place a one-star rating. I've been here several times, but my most recent visit will definitely be my last. When I picked up my dog, I specifically asked how everything went, and the groomer assured me that everything was fine. However, I later discovered that my dog had multiple cuts from the clippers near his private area. I'm not here to publicly shame anyone, so I decided to reach out to The Pet Wash directly. I was promised a call from the owner, instead, I received a call asking for "proof." I wasn't even trying to get a refund; I simply wanted the business to acknowledge that their staff had injured my dog and failed to mention it. Your pets deserve better care; consider taking them elsewhere. read more

I took my dog here for the first time, two weeks ago. I paid $35 to have her washed and nails clipped. When I picked my dog up, they hadn't clipped her nails because they claimed it would've made her bleed. Then told me they had to scrub her ear because it was dirty, I looked at her ear and it was raw and very red. After two weeks, the redness has increased and her ear is now infected. It cost me $400 at a vet to handle her ear infection. Can I make a suggestion and never ever use this dog groomer unless you enjoy half service and huge vet bills. read more

I saw a coupon on google for this place so I tried it. I have a Great Dane who hates baths. The people here helped me get Ralphie into the tub and showed me how to use everything. The shampoo and conditioner came out with the water. The oatmeal shampoo and conditioner were included in the price ($15) I pay extra at every other place. They gave me a bunch of samples of some grainfree dog foods and turned me on to their natural flea control that is not a poison like the ones I been using. Thanx guys! read more

One thing I really appreciate is that they don't rush. They take their time and make sure each of our dogs is comfortable and that the grooming is done right. Sadie especially takes the longest to groom, and they've always been extremely patient with her. That means a lot to us because I'd rather know they're taking their time and doing what's best for our dogs than trying to get them in and out as quickly as possible. Our dogs always come home looking and smelling great, and after bringing them here for years, we feel comfortable and trust them with all three. I've seen some of the negative reviews, so I also felt it was important to share our experience. Sometimes people are much quicker to leave a review when something goes wrong than when they've had years of good service. We've been customers for a long time, including through the change in ownership, and our experience has continued to be positive. We appreciate the patience and care Fur Paws Grooming has shown Skye, Sadie, and Sophie over the years and definitely recommend them.

We felt that the level of service we received was inconsistent with our expectations. After a four-year hiatus, we decided to give them another try. We brought our two corgis, following the same drop-off and pick-up procedure. However, they were again returned to us in a wet and unclean state, with untrimmed nails. The groomer, Tara, attributed the condition of our dog to the dog spilling water from its bowl, which seemed unlikely given the extent of the wetness. Notably, all other dogs had been picked up prior to ours, our dogs were in a kennel for 9 hours . We were subsequently instructed to bring our dogs back the following day at 9:30 am, which required us to adjust our schedule. However, Tara later notified us that she would arrive at 10 am, citing another reason for the change. Given the subpar service, we questioned the validity of their five-star rating. We couldn't help but wonder if the disparity in service was related to our Hispanic background. Despite our dissatisfaction, we paid and tipped, whereas a more suitable response from Tara would have been to offer a complimentary service or refund.

From the moment we dropped Biscuit off at Fur Town, everyone was so welcoming and kind. The groomers made sure to take their time and exercise patience with her, to make sure my baby was as comfortable as she could be. The groom took a little over 2 hours. We asked for a puppy cut, and I was apprehensive at first, however, everyone delivered. Biscuit came out a different dog! I genuinely couldn't believe how unbelievably cute her new look came out! Big shout out to Martin (the instructor), Maria (the intern), and Mario! I…read morecreated a project on Yelp that sent our quote inquiries to local mobile groomers, and this company was one of the first to reply. Definitely reasonably priced for a mobile service. Our dogs are pitbull/husky/german shepherd mixes and weigh about 70lbs each. They're not very socialized with strangers, so we were kinda worried how they would do, and how the company would handle such big dogs... but the pups absolutely loved Jasmine! She was so gentle with them, and reported that they were well behaved- which lets us know they were so comfortable with her. She gave us a detailed verbal report of her findings and what she did to treat them. We definitely recommend this company. Booking was quick and easy, and Jasmine was communicative leading up to the appointment and punctual. She also provided us with this super cute AI photo of our pups on a surfboard! Just the cutest thing ever. They have signature / inclusive packages for all your pup's needs, and are open to what your pup individually needs as well. Book your appt asap!

My little Lola is terrified of the groomer and hasn't had good experiences... until Natasha. Natasha is gentle, patient, understanding, attentive, and so caring. I asked for Lola to be hand dried and she happily obliged. Normally, Lola is exhausted after her grooming appointment because she is stressed... but not with Natasha. She feels so comfortable and at ease with Natasha that she is running, playing, and rolling in the grass immediately after. Natasha welcomes me to come check on Lola when I want and is a great communicator of how Lola did during the service. I can't tell you how much peace of mind I have finding a caring, loving groomer for my little fur baby. If you are looking for a top notch mobile groomer, request Natasha. She is gold .

Julia at the front desk is so patient, kind, and friendly. She loves animals, and you can tell! When I called her on Saturday, 05/16/26, I had already called some grooomer in the santa mon ica area, and they were all booked for the day and didn't offer walk-ins. Luckily, Julia found a lot of time alot for my pup for 1:30. She was able to open a profile for me while I was on the phone with her, and the check-in was smooth and easy. My pup Toto was ready in about 1.5 hours and looked and smelled wonderful. He had a wash, nail clipping, teeth cleaning, and ear cleaning. Parking: Free parking in this little strip mall, and meter parking nearby. Pro Tip: There is a nail salon just 2 doors down, where you can get your nails done while waiting for your pup!
