The staff was courteous and professional on the phone and in person. We were greeted promptly upon arriving and we were introduced to our groomer almost instantly. I am so happy that we finally have a quality groomer for my dog! They even have adorable clothes and shoes for dogs. The icing on the cake was meeting the owner, Sydni. Turned out Halo didn't make it easy for them either but she came out glowing & absolutely loved her experience with Lindsey & Christina. We cannot keep our hands off of her (well it was hard before but it's extra hard now) she's SOOOOO INCREDIBLY SOFT! We will be telling everyone about Mom n Pup, her new "do" speaks for itself and has gotten so many compliments from all her dog park admirers who saw her before & strangers seeing her for the first time. Hearing "this is the softest dog I've ever touched before" is rad to hear. Really looking forward to my sweet girls grooming journey with the sweet girls at Mom n Pup.
