When i picked him up from the place he smelled like cigarettes he did not smell clean at all. when i got home and checked him over fully i noticed he was developing redness under his private area. i didn't think much of it so i showered him myself to get rid of the cigarette smell he had. later that night i checked him again and the redness was getting worse so i was getting worried. i double checked him all over again and noticed a cut at the top of his head and his nails were unevenly cut. my dog has not been acting himself i dont know what happened at that place. called the place and the only that was offered was an "im sorry i don't remember if i did cut him" and "if you want to bring him back i can give him an oatmeal bath" No partial or full refund was offered. Would never come here again.

I'm delighted to have found the ideal groomer for our little Queen. The salon is upstairs from the store and while I didn't enter the actual grooming area, judging from the rest of the establishment and level of service, I'll assume it's equally as pristine and posh. This review is strictly regarding the grooming aspect of the business; the store itself is packed with the most darling items and I look forward to shopping here in the future.

I contacted Shampoochies, Cuddlers, Paw N' Claws and Scenthound but all were booked up months out or too expensive. I was about to call our old groomer - Dogs By Cindy, who is honestly too far away now. So I took a pause in the day to think. Finally I tried one more place - Furr Paradise which had good reviews. The lady who answered the phone was friendly and set an appointment for me quick - next day 10am. They take most breeds under 50 lbs. Make sure you have shots up to date (Rabies, Bordetella & Parvo) b/c it's a requirement, just like at Petco or Petsmart. My pups got a full groom: bath, cut, nails, anal glands & teeth cleaning. Furr Paradise is fast and affordable. The cut on each pups was done exactly how I requested and by a professional groomer. Not someone who can just cut hair off. A lot of places ignore the anal glands or charge extra, but not here. FUR BABIES: I have a 8 lb, female Chipoo (Chihuahua x Mini- Poodle) who is a 13 yrs old. My other pup is a 15 lb, male Malipin (Maltese x Mini-Pinscher) who is 3 years old. My 3 year old Maltipin pooch is a traumatized rescue I got when he was 3 months old. He is very scared of everything & everyone, even his own shadow. But he took to these groomers fine. No biting or whining. No cuts or harm done while grooming. The location of the shop is in back of this very small parking with a lot of other businesses. It's a Saturday so it was packed. Watch how you enter and exit. Pls park appropriately. Cars are so close together like sardines. The front check-in/out is very limited. They take most payments. They also do Zelle along with a scan & pay barcode. **There is a 2nd location off Nellis Blvd that does Grooming and Boarding of dogs and cats.** My dogs look amazing! I appreciate it. Thank you

She spent the check in time criticizing me for not bringing my dogs in sooner and said my male was heavily matted. She complained that she would have to spend most of the grooming time dematting him. Then she called me to ask if I was bringing in the female. I texted her in August to tell her the female had passed away. She didn't make a note on our file back then. Yes, my male dog looked much better when I picked him up. She charged me for an initial visit (full price) and not the regular client price. When I asked her about that she replied, "I can send you our policy if you like". I will be looking for another groomer because she chose to speak at me instead of hearing me.
