Having been a long time patient of Dr. Grohs, I have experienced both negative and positive aspects of goings on at Dr. Groh's office. Firstly I am not an easy patient to deal with. I have my own thoughts, and, opinions, however am fully aware, of the difference in my opinion, and, Dr. Grohs qualified judgement. Dr. Groh thinks outside the box when attending to my medical needs, and, I like being given more that one option, (often Dr. Groh offers multipule options when considering treatment.) She is competent, well trained, always education herself.... She is usually friendly, yet at times, I have experienced her being rather brusk; I could easily say the same things about myself. I have experienced very negative things from staff at Dr. Groh's office, yet, have also had very positive experiences. I have always gotten a same day appts. when I inform the staff I am not feeling well. I have waited over two hours in her office past my appt. time, I have also walked right in without delay. I am certainly not happy when long delays occur, yet I know when I am seen, I will receive quality unrushed care. I have seen office staff, managers, P.A.s come, come, and go, but that happens in any business. I will remain a patient of Dr. Grohs so long as she stays in practice. I imagine when she chooses to retire it will be very difficlut to find a Dr., who brings so much to the table. Please forgive my spelling, and, grammer mistakes, as English is not my first, or second language. read more
