I spoke to Jenna who was pleasant and knowledgeable. She confirmed they took my insurance and gave me the hours of operation. She told me I could walk in or make an appointment online. After work, I headed there. Jenna greeted me, checked me in and gave me new patient paperwork. The medical assistant who took me into the exam room was friendly and efficient (I'm sorry I have forgotten her name!). When the doctor Paula arrived, the impeccable professional service continued. She listened to my symptoms, examined me and diagnosed me with a nasty sinus infection. Paula prescribed medication and sent the script to my pharmacy. It's now a week later and I am definitely feeling much better! When you're not feeling well the last thing you want is to deal with another headache. This experience was great, all things considering. I would not hesitate to visit again if I need urgent care services.

I physically went to the location with the bill question and got no answers and the manager didn't call me as I was told she was. Also, good luck reaching them over the phone! It is impossible! Even when they do tests and tell us we will call back with the results they never do! Once again, every single time I have to go there in person to ask for it! Some doctors are awful as well, telling me mu child needs cough meds and I should take one over the counter, after I told her we already went through this and no one of the over the counter help, she sent the referral for meds to the pharmacy and guess what she prescribed, right, the meds over the counter already told her didn't work. REGISTERED NURSE REVIEW!…read more I left the detailed version on google, do not attend here for the love of God the wait is forever, zero empathy, manipulation, lies, went there had blood work done then had a physical instead of a follow up done because they would charge me the difference for the being seen twice, $375.00 out of pocket, I returned a month later to have paperwork filled out and for employment and they caught the mistake they never stamped the first physical, when I went back for transfer of documents onto another paper I was kind polite 1hr 30 minute wait, patient to say the least. They told me they couldn't do the transfer of assessment on to the other paper because I didn't need the drug screening, I told them listen sign and initial next to it that it wasn't done my job does not require this I've worked as as assessment RN and this is how documentation and assessments works, not guessing, this is my actual real life experience. The tall medical assistant with braids, glasses, too focused on trying to make me get another physical done instead of just transferring the documentation over no mutual respect for another worker of the healthcare system, saying things like no that's not what I asked you, trying to avoid the simplest thing, the amount of over speaking, not letting someone with a higher level of education than you and more experience in both clinic and hospital even talk, is unspeakable I took my paper work and left. I have been mostly…read moresatisfied- the office is pretty accommodating and helpful- whenever I've needed a prescription or a referral, they are relatively diligent with helping and I've always been able to be seen at my convenience. They also have telehealth, which I appreciate and have utilized. The problem is their new location. The parking lot is really tiny and every time I've been there I have not been able to get a spot. This means I have to park along a very busy merrick rd, literally risking my life crossing the four lane road just to get there. I don't want to have to change providers, but the parking situation is really precarious and I don't see a solution. Also something that occurred at their new location that I didn't experience at their former office: the nurse sat four or five patients all in the same room and proceeded to take blood from us one at a time with all of the patients present- watching. Isn't that a little bizarre? Who wants to have blood drawn in front of other patients? Maybe it is just me, but that made me a little uneasy. I hope they have done away with that practice.
