The amazing selections of fresh cuts flowers which is alway a must to get whenever you're there. They do have some of the best selections to choose from as well as the potted plants and orchids plants. With TJ, even with a list of things to get you still walk out with a cart full of things that was never on the plan. They know how to get you with their things...lol.. I can never leave with what I come for. The isles are alway neat and fully stocked with everything. If there's something that's not there but looking for it, someone is alway there to help you in any way. Staffs are alway so friendly and welcoming. The friendly chit chat while ringing up all your stuffs. It may not be a massive big grocery store but does have everything you need.

And I have to say that I have never had a bad experience in any way. Anyone who has any concept of this store knows that it's not the biggest in terms of selection of everything. It's a smaller store with fewer options but it really doesn't matter. The food they sell is so good. I love their own product line of groceries. Their golden oreo style Joe-Joe's cookies are like crack-cocaine. I can scarf a whole box in one night! I don't do that anymore, I'm in cookie recovery. But I know one of these days I'll fall off the wagon but I'll be fine with that. They have great prepared foods like meatloafs you can toss in the oven when you don't have time to make something from scratch. I love their Atlantic salmon with lemon herb butter. That's really delicious. Sadly, some products come and go. They used to have a sweet onion bacon vinaigrette that was phenomenal. We not only used it in salads but also to saute Brussels sprouts and other veggies. My entire household was sad to see that disappear. They have a great selection of supplements and very affordably priced skin care products which, according to some instagram users, claim are just as good as high end products that sell for a lot more money. Their fresh cut flower section is incredible. They're so fresh and are better quality and the best priced compared to any other grocers who carries flowers. They also have beautiful orchids and many different varieties. They sell a small collection of plants that always gets my attention. And like everything else at TJ's, their prices are better than anywhere else. Lastly, I have to give a shout out to Trader Joe's consistent excellent customer service skills. Trader Joe's is a shining example of a customer-centric culture with really great employees/staff that are engaging, know their product very well, are very willing to help and are down to earth. It reminds me of a bygone era where people were more engaging/friendlier twenty-five or thirty years ago. I think it's important to acknowledge how Trader Joe's shines in every way.

The outside of the husk already has brown spot. Even though it was on sale for 5/$1 total waste of money. I'm sure the store produce manager knows about it and just sold it to unsuspecting customers. The produce manager should have rejected due to quality. At Albertson the other week the store had a large garbage can next to the corn allowing the customers to at least de husk part of the corn, checking the quality before purchasing it. Please check the produce before buying it. Reprimand the produce manager for selling such low quality products. Cheating customers will not bring goodwill to your store. It will be a long time before I patronize your store again. Selling corn that was infested with worms.

On dozens upon dozens of times I've stood in line with less than 5 items with customers in front of me with a cart full of groceries. I've witnessed customers arguing with each other since it's a free for all. Employees supervising that area simply let it go. I never have issues at Ralph's. You need to make it 10 items or less and enforce it. In the meantime I will be only shopping at Ralph's.

The new set up is self-service and they still offer a good size dining area and free wifi so you can enjoy a meal or beverage.

I believe there's two superstores in the desert area and give or take a few of the mini store scattered. There's always plenty of parking when you're here. Service on the other hand can be a hit or miss. I've had some nice help from the employees with any questions I had while other times, it's like pulling teeth to get some help and answers from others. The rudeness does shine through in some of them. I get it, retails aren't for the faint of heart but can you just help me with where a certain item is located. I do like that you literally can find anything there. A decent size produce department with pretty much everything stocked. A nice bakery/deli section with fresh hot items prepared daily. Then you have all the frozen sections and so on. A wide selection of clothing for the whole family. Automotive at one corner which it can take a while to get some help in my case. The garden center on the hand is pretty scarce, not much there. Loads of home wares and decors and seasonal items. The only thing I hate, the little department where you would have to purchase something before leaving the area. It is a little pain in the ass with the whole process of paying for one item and then you continue on with your shopping. It's also for other items in the whole store. The produce and wine, beer and spirits sections being the most functional in terms of organization. The deli, pre-packed goods, bread, baked goods etc area was super limited - expected to find hummus and spreads here like at other locations or pretty much any grocery store in SoCal, but they like to keep you on your toes lol We were able to get help whenever we needed it and reasonable prices as to be expected. The isles are solid though some odd end caps and displays here and there. It's still got that vintage aesthetic with very modern touches I've been noticing at all Staters - mostly on the outer halves of the store. Huge parking lot with shared businesses (including a very nice carwash, fast eats and more), though not quite as big as the other Vista Chino location. I returned a week later and I assumed they were back on sale since the sign was on the kiosk. I attempted to check out (store manager was checking) I advised about the price confusion, he sent an associate to verify the sign(they brought him the sign) however he stated because it was alcohol the company policy was not to make any price adjustment. I was offered 1 bottle for .99...which came off as a demeaning offer. I said no thanks and simply said I had never heard of a grocery store refusing to honor a mispriced item. I called corporate , there is no company policy regarding alcohol vs. other store items. The store has lost a good customer over $2.50, but it was the principle of the matter....I now have to drive 15 minutes further, but oh well.
