From the first phone call, Eric was professional and easy to work with--no pressure sales tactics, great communication, and he was punctual. My husband and I decided we wanted to move our large Veno Temp (wine refrigerator) to our back…read moregarage from our front garage. The unit weights at least 400 pounds. In our younger days we would have moved it ourselves, But we're in our 60's now and thought we should hire someone to move it for us especially since it had to be tipped back pretty far to get it out of the front garage. I spoke to David to set up the move. He and I agreed to a price and a couple of other items that I wanted moved. We set a day and time. He called me the day before to confirm the day and time. Then on the day we'd agreed to he called early and asked if he could send his guys over early to move the Vino Temp. I agreed to have them come over early. The guys moved the Veno Temp, a couch and chair very quickly and efficiently. They did a great job!! I highly recommend using them. Very professional and personable as well! I will use them in the future if we have any moving needs.

We hired Loading Helpers to help us out loading up a truck for a long distance move. I worked with…read moreBen and he was great and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. There were no surprises and both Ben and Dave called the day of the move to make sure everything was done exactly how we wanted. The crew of 4 that showed up were a pleasure to work with as well. They were all very kind and professional and you could tell that even though they were working hard doing something not many enjoy doing, they made the most of it and had fun with it. It is always a hit and miss when you open up a truck after driving it almost 1000 miles but when I opened the truck up at the end of my trip, everything was still exactly where they placed it! I made sure I had plenty of blankets, plastic wrap, ratchet straps, etc so that they were not short anything and they used a lot of what I had there which I was thankful for. Will for sure use them again when and if we have anything else to move around.

Wes overall did a great job rebuilding my kitchen steps to my mobile home. Wes was very friendly,…read moreunderstood how little I knew about carpentry, and was very sympathetic. He understood that what I wanted was a sturdy, reliable set of steps for my spouse, who now only has one leg, and me. I use a cane. The only problems I found were that the cost kept going up and up, and he really never finished. The overall work was fantastic, the steps are super sturdy and look like they will outlive my spouse and me. Still, the final railings were slopped into place and had to be redone. Still, overall, I got what I wanted and my steps are now a showpiece.
