We put out a request on Yelp for an EV charger installation, and Will was the first to respond. He also had the most competitive pricing and did an EXCELLENT job. We had a few other small things that needed fixing, and he did that quickly and with good quality work. I have recommended him to our friends who need electrical work done, and we will be using him again in the future. He uses efficient software for scheduling appointments and sending estimates. Everything was smooth and worked like a charm. read more

What can I say about this experience other than amazing and completely stress free. Thank you William! William was prompt responding to my service request to hang a heavy chandelier and replace light bulbs on a 20' ceiling, got me immediately on his calendar, and provided great communication before the appointment. When he got to the house William was friendly, professional and on task. He was done in record time, shared the extra safety precautions taken, and charged a very reasonable amount. Absolutely phenomenal! I've never had a contractor this responsive or easy to work with. They scheduled me right away, found a creative solution that others likely would have missed, and the quality of the work was immaculate. I thought I was just getting a quote today but was so thrilled to get a insta-quote and job done in a few hours same day. Unheard-of! Everything was clean, professional, and the issue was resolved perfectly. They went above and beyond in every way--and the price was incredibly fair. Honest, talented, reliable, and worth every penny. If I could give 10 stars, I would! William with Lonestar Electric you are a true ROCKSTAR! read more

I called Lonestar Electric after reading the Outstanding Reviews and Now I Understand Why everyone gave this company 5 Stars After Hiring Lonestar Electric I am in Complete Agreement with all the Others who have called William ! I called Lonestar Electric after Finding out my Gas Cooktop Ignition did not work ! I moved into my home less than one month ago and had a Full Inspection Done, so I was Completely Confused ‍ My husband checked other outlets and found out that at least 4 outlets did not work, including the one where my New Refrigerator was to be placed ! I was in a panic I called Lonestar and William told me he could come by That Afternoon, talk about GREAT SERVICE ! William came by, as Promised, and checked out the malfunctioning outlets. Great young man who is extremely Professional, Kind and extremely Knowledgeable !! William found out it was an Old Power Breaker Switch ! I then discussed with him other issues that I had found and he sent me an Amazing Quote that I quickly Agreed on ! William promised to come back With the items to remedy all my problems and he returned as promised on 12/31 just 2 Days later ! William arrived and quickly replaced the Faulty Breaker then brought in an extremely Unique Item, a 'Remote Switch' to use to turn on my Kitchen Lights. The builder of my 'Custom' home was Not Thinking when he hid the Only Light Switch Behind the counter ! William had an Amazing Solution to my problem, a Remote Control Switch, He then professionally changed out the original switch. He asked me where I would like to mount the Remote Switch, which has a Battery Life of 10 Years ! I wasn't sure where I wanted it mounted so he left me all the items I would need. WOW Great Service, Great Price, and Excellent Knowledge about All Electric Items ! Who Knew there was a Remote Control Switch for Lights ?? William DID ! Call Lonestar for ANY Electrical Needs and I Know You will Love Working with William as much as I did ! read more

We hired lonestar electric to install a LOT of new items in the new house. Will was just the best. He installed a whole-house fan, 5 ceiling fans, multiple outside lights, and a switch to allow for a generator backup for the home if the power goes out. TO echo what another said, "His dedication to communication, promptness, and fair pricing, coupled with being a master in his trade, left us with nothing but good things to say. William did a wonderful job installing a subpanel with 10 dedicated circuits that allowed us to use our 2023 Ford F150 Lightning as a back up generator. Clean installation, took his time to explain his work and how it functioned. Very fair and reasonable pricing. Got to use it this week when the power went out in Somersett (again) and it worked flawlessly. Thanks Lonestar! Would recommend 100%! read more

Great service! Prompt and reasonable. Did everything we needed in a timely fashion. Will definitely use again.

Will is a great find as an electrician. When he came for the estimate, he walked around cleaning up the mess the previous company left behind as he was looking at the job. He really thought about the job and how best to do it. He knows the code and he knows how to pull wires and add a ground. I really appreciated that he was on time, communicated thoroughly through the appointment/estimate/job process, was true to his estimate, and cleaned up after he finished. I now have someone who I would call for electrical work and grateful to have found him. read more

Quick response, highly professional and knowledgeable. Fix all my issues. Highly recommend.

Will came through to fix 50 years of shotty craftsmanship done by a typical homeowner who thought they knew what they were doing. Full panel replacement/upgrade along with a slew of other tasks, completed in under two days by himself. His dedication to communication, promptness, and fair pricing coupled with being a master in his trade left us with nothing but good things to say. Being a newly single homeowner means I'm learning a lot--like how not to break an outlet while trying to be Miss Independent (oops). When I reached out for an electrician, Lonestar Electric responded almost immediately and was able to come out the same day. Total lifesaver. As a female, it can honestly feel a little scary giving your address to someone you don't know--but he was so polite, respectful (he took his shoes off before he came in), and professional that I instantly felt at ease. He fixed everything quickly and didn't make me feel silly at all for my little DIY mishap. Fast, friendly, and fixed it immediately. My house is about to undergo a huge renovation so I'll definitely be a returning customer for planned work or just in case I have any more "learning moments" in the future. Thanks again! read more

We went through multiple bids and settled on Will at Lonestar. From the estimating process to the actual install (EV charger, new switches and plugs), we couldn't be happier. His pricing was fair, he showed up on time, recommended the cleanest way to install the charger (not an easy thing with the circuit breaker being 40 feet away), and did quality work, through-and-through. We have a phase 2 on our remodeling project and wouldn't hesitate to hire Lonestar again. read more
