Stephen suggested putting the puck lights in a different place than we had originally considered, which made the puck light fixture almost invisible while providing all the light. On Mar 11, Joe added a wall switch to the other side of the closet and hard-wired three security cameras. I am not an electrician but I can manage some of the basics and have installed motion sensors, Ring floodlights, etc. I was not comfortable replacing the 3-way switches because there were too many wires and I can't see electricity. The last thing I want to do is cause a fire or electrocute myself. So, we researched electricians on Yelp that could help. My wife found three local companies through Yelp and reached out to them to inquire about cost and estimated time frame for completing the work. Damon was quick to respond to the inquiry through Yelp over the weekend and stated the project sounded like it would fall under their minimum service fee of $173.25. He provided us with the office number in the event that we wanted to go ahead and schedule. My wife called the office on Monday morning and they agreed on a time that afternoon where Damon could come by and look at the project since he was already in our area. Damon was on time and walked through the project with me. We agreed the work could be done the following afternoon. On Tuesday afternoon Damon came by and within 45 minutes or so had everything working properly. He was friendly and efficient. We didn't initially want to spend the money to hire an electrician but figured that in the grand scheme of things the money was well spent because we know it was done correctly, for less than $200.00. We really appreciate the quick response and are very happy that our exterior lights are now set up. The other two companies did respond to our initial response but were unable to conduct the work within our time frame. We will definitely call KD Electric if we have further needs and will refer them to friends in the area!

I have had regular maintenance, cleaning, flushing, even including having a Controller installed on this fairly new unit, but I continued to have hot water problems. One time I had no hot water for eight days in a row. This past Tuesday I had guests; there was no hot water for showers, nor to wash dishes. I called Legacy Air and spoke with Leslie who was extremely helpful; plumber Alex Church came out soon after my call. Alex spent two hours troubleshooting the problem; he determined that when the unit was installed, the factory set program was never changed. He reprogrammed the factory default and disconnected the controller which I never needed. Alex did not charge me for this fantastic help, and he called me two days later to make sure that everything was working correctly.
