What initially seemed like a simple repair turned into a complex issue involving damage to the meter which required close coordination with NV Energy to repeatedly de-energize and re-energize power to the residence. Our electrician, Jesse totally went above and beyond what we would have normally expected. He took charge in coordinating with NV Energy to streamline the process, ensuring every step happened as quickly as possible. Understanding how critical the situation was for our family and pets that required power (a large temperature-controlled aquarium), he rearranged his schedule to prioritize our issue and provided continuous support til our power got restored. The repair also required some extremely hard-to-find parts that were only available online and had a lengthy delivery time. Instead of requiring us to wait several days to a week (without power), Jesse leveraged his local network and somehow sourced and acquired the necessary parts the same day, allowing the repair work to be completed immediately. It's rare to find someone who combines real technical expertise with such integrity, sense of urgency, and genuine consideration for his clients. Jesse took on our emergency as if it was his own and worked diligently to get the job was done. Honestly we would have been in a major bind without his resourcefulness and know-how in this situation. On Mar 5, Steven added an overhead light and 8 puck lights to our office/den closet and linked it with a wall switch just outside the closet. Stephen suggested putting the puck lights in a different place than we had originally considered, which made the puck light fixture almost invisible while providing all the light. On Mar 11, Joe added a wall switch to the other side of the closet and hard-wired three security cameras. I think other Yelpers should know what to expect if they request & get a contact from this co., so here goes: I submitted a request through Yelp for an electrical estimate and received a call almost immediately--before I'd even had a chance to check the company's reviews. The caller sounded almost human but appeared to be an AI agent, with no upfront disclosure. There were even what sounded like simulated call-center voices and typing noises in the background. I would have been willing to speak with an AI agent, but I'd prefer being told that's who--or what--I'm talking to. The charade felt unnecessary. I proceeded with scheduling an estimate, only to learn at the very end that there was a $99 fee to send someone out, which could be credited toward work ordered later. That information should come at the beginning, before taking someone through the appointment-setting process. I'd prefer to see if there are highly rated pros willing to give free estimates before considering a company that wants to charge an upfront fee before any work is even done or I get a chance to evaluate/speak to the person who comes out. My feedback is simple: disclose that the caller is AI and explain the $99 visit fee upfront. Customers should have that information before deciding whether to proceed. Repeat: I haven't used their electrical services, so this review is strictly about the initial contact and scheduling experience. The immediate response was convenient, but the lack of transparency left a poor first impression.

They arrived early, did a walk-through with my husband to confirm the scope of work, then got right to it and completed all the jobs previously discussed and a few more my husband threw in as they went along. Everything works great, and Andrew even offered to come back and reprogram the timer on the flag light if it wasn't quite lined up for dusk to dawn.
