He and one of his crew quickly identified the issue and provided a chimney cleaning that day. Parts had to be ordered but within a week or so we had the full repair done (crown repair and spark arrestor). Salvador communicated regularly, answered all of my questions so I could understand what needed to happen and what it would look like, and provided photos of the completed job. Whenever our home ran its air conditioner, we had a gross, smokey odor seep into our living room from the open fireplace. After doing some research, I was in the market for a wood stove insert to upgrade our drafty fireplace and increase wood burning efficiency during the winter. I looked at Yelp and came across All Chimney Solutions. I sent a message and was promptly responded to by Salvador. Within a few days he came over to take some measurements and instructed me to either go in person to a fireplace store or shop online. After finding a good deal on an insert I wanted, he called me and walked me through the process of purchasing the correct size flue, chimney liner, etc. for my stove model and fireplace opening. Everything arrived at my house about a week later and Salvador put the install on his schedule. Salvador and Danny showed up at 9 am to start installing all of the materials I had ordered online. They made sure to lay down protective rugs and tape off particularly messy areas to avoid spreading soot and dust around the house. They worked quickly and by 2:30 pm they were almost done. Salvador mentioned that the last piece was left at his home so he asked if coming back tomorrow was an option for me. I mentioned I would be going out of town the next day and he said he could get it done today if I was still home. They both left for an hour, came back, and finished the job. I appreciate the added effort of coming back to the same location twice to not inconvenience me or my family. The team made sure to vacuum up the work area as well as the garage that had some pieces of the broken down pallet holding the wood stove. Once they left, you couldn't tell they were there except for the new wood stove insert. Now, we have no draft coming from the chimney and a quality wood stove to use this winter. I was surprised All Chimney Solutions didn't have a previous review, but I would 100% recommend working with this company for any chimney-related installs and maintenance. read more

I had to get my chimney rebuilt last week and Salvador and his team did a great job! I got a timely quote, easily got the work scheduled, and it was done ahead of schedule. They had to rebuild the exterior brick portion and do some repairs to the flu, as well as replace the flashing. Since the style of brick is no longer available they had to recycle and reuse the existing bricks. He did a great job of explaining how and why the repairs were done the way they were, mainly to create a longer lasting structure that would better withstand the elements. read more

I highly recommend Salvador at All Chimney Solutions. My gas fireplace has been shutting off. I was able to turn it back on, but I was concerned about using it. Wow! Salvador not only fixed our gas fireplace, he completely rebuilt it in order to locate and solve the problem we were having. We had been using another local company for service and repair, at a fairly high price, but they never located the root of the problem - a short in the wiring. I called the number attached to Yelp several weeks ago to make an appointment, and I was directed to text another number to schedule the appointment which I did. I called the day prior to confirm the appointment. The appointment was not scheduled at all. Whoever answered was pretty unprofessional saying that he would try to squeeze me in for tomorrow but said bluntly "everybody is trying to get their fireplaces going," implying they were too busy or over booked. If you want business, this is one way not to get business. read more

Service Requested was chimney sweep. Had appointment from 1-3pm on a Thursday. Time came and went, no show. Called the next day and Salvador answered and was very apologetic and set me up with a sweep the next day. He came out, as promised, apologized for the mix up and was not only timely, very professional and the quality of work was top notch. He left my chimney and fireplace spic and span. This is not the company to call if you need your pellet stove serviced or repaired. Their team was friendly and on time. However, I requested pellet stove repair, and Salvador admitted (after 90 minutes of inspecting my stove) that he hasn't had training in pellet stove repair. I'm not sure why he accepted the job. He added that he specializes in gas fireplaces, so you might call him if that's what you need! read more
