My waxer did a great job. She took her time, measured/waxed/trimmed/plucked to perfection. She took the time to go over some tips and tricks with me and I left feeling like a new person. They require masks during the service, which they had for you to grab at the salon. Love that as we were very up close and personal and I know germs are flying around this time of the year. I don't need fancy. I need good quality. I don't experience a lot of shedding so I go every 3 weeks. 9/10 the works is exceptional and the lash tech is professional. I can only think of one tech in particular who almost caused me from coming back. She was vaping over my head and kept pausing every 5 minutes to text on her phone. I am a very easy going person and if you want to text someone during my appointment (an hour long) be my guest. I've dedicated an hour to be there. But between the excessive texting and vaping - I was livid. However, I haven't seen her since and I decided to not let one person ruin my overall experience. My eyes water a lot so I know I'm not the easiest client - I always warn anyone new that I tear up, ignore me for it because it doesn't hurt me, it's just what my eyes do. Everyone is understanding and feels bad. As I said I've been coming here for 2 years, and have no intention of going anywhere else. If you want excellent work at a great price without being charged for fancy frills - this is your place!
