complete mess!!!

I have been to several lehigh valley "spas" and this place did not make the cut. I choose to have natural nails, but the technician assigned to me seemed like she never did a pedicure on anyone besides gel. She proceeded to grind my toenails to a shabby mess! The polish was sloppy and the place reeks of chemicals. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. I wouldn't go back even if they offered me free service for a year.

BEST place in the lehigh valley to get your nails done! i unfortunately had to go to another salon recently and it reminded me of how much better le spa is than any other place. they have the nicest and cleanest salon, as well as the best nail techs. i have never once left this salon disappointed, and i've been going here for almost two years. i've gotten dip, gel, acrylic and pedicures and they've always looked amazing. i'm so glad i found this place because it is so hard to find nail techs you can trust these days! 10/10 would recommend!

So my husband wanted to gift me some pampering service for my birthday, I chose this place because I've been to countless nail salons in the past and as the saying goes "you get what you pay for" although I realized that's not always the case considering my experience here. When I called to make an appt the woman was really nice so I was super excited. Unfortunately shortly after starting my pedicure I felt worried. The woman was clearly rushing and considering the price & the fact that it's a bit fancier I didn't feel her spending a total of roughly 35 mins for my pedicure from start to finish was sufficient. Not to mention she cut me on both my big toes one was bleeding. After the pedicure we started my full set, I felt excited again since I haven't had my nails done in well over a year and I just assumed the pedicure service sucked and would try the nail service. For starters my cuticles were never pushed back, snipped or groomed at all, my actual skin was filed so many times which is super painful and my cuticles are flooded with acrylic. I have spots on several fingers that are very raw because she filed my nail down so far that she got to the skin under my nail! I even told her it was burning me when she put the acrylic and asked her why. She had no explanation but said it only burns for a little bit... right? Once I went to pay I could not believe the total was $167!!!!! I would have NEVER in this lifetime paid that much for full set, pedi and eyebrows with this as the result! My finger tips are in pain and from a far it looks like I'm wearing press ons because there's way to much acrylic on my cuticles and around the nail. It's just such a sloppy job! I am giving them 2 stars because it appeared very clean, staff was nice, and they seemed to comply with covid regs

Beautiful job done by Jo'Lee she is the best they have at making designs. Thank you so much I love my nails!!!

They did a really good job in my nails. I showed them a picture of the nails I wanted and they really matched the picture well. I also got my eyelashes done here. The lady I got did a beautiful job the eyelashes are gorgeous, the only issue I had was the injury I got on my right eye. One of the aloe pads under my eyes must have been placed wrong or something and I received a paper cut. The manager was super nice to recommend some eye drops for me and even offer a free touch up after my eye felt better so over all I would say it's a 9/10.

I always have a great experience here! Always. Claire does my lashes, and I will never go to anyone else in the Lehigh Valley. They always look full, but soft and flirty. Plus, Claire is an absolute doll! I prefer either Lee or Nina do my nails, depending on the day if the week I go for my service. Today was Lee, and they are gorgeous as always. Both Lee and Nina always listen about and length and shape, and get it right. I am one who switches up the shape/length if my nails frequently, so it's nice to have techs who can execute square, round, or almond beautifully. I get overlays over my natural nails... no tips, and they have never ever once tried to force or push tips during their services. The gel polish brands they carry are solid. I have never had them fade or discolor, and their topcoat stays glossy even if you are week late for a fill/polish. I am a very satisfied customer.

Gel Manicure

Loved everything- great gel manicure- only took about 35 min. Very clean space. Everyone in masks!

I have been going to Le' Spa since May for my lash extensions, whenever I go it's a pleasant experience. Van always does a great job, she is very sweet and gentle. I usually take a nap whenever I go back for my fill ins haha. Today I went for my nails for the first time and I couldn't be happier! My nails are perfect, Jolie did an amazing job on my mani & pedi. I've been going to the same nail salon for years, finally tried a new one and I'm so glad I did. I will continue coming to Le' Spa for my lashes & nails, so convenient to have everything done in the same place. It can be overpriced but you get what you pay for, if you want great quality work it is 100% worth it.

Very happy with my experience. Needed a gel manicure, got seated with someone right away (and on a Friday afternoon which is rare). Kelly did a great job on my nails and was very pleasant. I picked 183 as my color and I love it. I will be doing it again for sure!

Service is good but overly priced. I actually think the place is nice but not to the point of $95 for a gel pedicure with some massage.

I'd like to give -5 stars. Let me start by saying that I have gone to this salon since I was a…read moreteenager in 2004. On March 30th, I had an appointment with a hairdresser at this salon that I've never gone to before. My hair was ginger and a few inches below shoulder-length with some uneven parts toward the right side by my ear, due to growing in after a bleach break-off in August 2020. My hair was not significantly damaged, which is important to note. I asked for chocolate brown hair and a shoulder-length cut. I showed the hairstylist the reference photo I had and then agreed on the level of brown I'd like to go to. While she applied the dye to my hair, she mentioned that she added "violet" into the mix for undertones. I was confused but she assured me it'd be fine, so we continued. During the haircut, I told her shoulder-length was where I'd like to go. Because of the shorter pieces on the right side of my hair, she insisted that the hair should be cut to the nape of the neck. I begrudgingly agreed, thinking that the length wouldn't be horrible and that all my hair would at least be somewhat even. My hair was cut while wet and then she made a comment that I have "different lengths of hair" throughout my head. I agreed that I had different lengths, but I specifically told her not to touch those pieces and to just give me one length, as to allow those pieces to catch up and be trimmed in the future. She then began to hack away at pieces on the top of my head, and I became anxious and scared because of how short it was looking. Then, she began cutting off what she considered to be "damaged" pieces and I started to cry. I cried for about ten minutes. Not once did she stop or ask me why I was upset. Instead, she insisted that my hair was so damaged, she absolutely had to cut it off. At the end of the haircut, my hair was blow dried and then I had a complete panic attack. My hair color looked maroon and actually purple at the roots, and the haircut looked like a cross between a mullet and a pixie. I was horrified and said flat out that I hated it. While crying, the hairstylist seemed more concerned with selling me product than actually caring. I went home hysterical and couldn't look in the mirror because I felt ugly. I also received very negative criticism from family and close friends, all of which were honest about how awful the haircut was. Like I said, it was choppy, uneven, and way too short. I called the salon that night, furious, and told the receptionist my predicament. She was sympathetic and said she would pass along the information. I didn't hear anything the next day, so I called again. I eventually received a call back from the owner, who said she'd "fix it." I went back on March 31st and the owner personally said she would take care of it. I told her how much I hated the hair color and that the haircut made me feel hideous. I told her my self-confidence was ruined and that I never told the hairdresser to cut it that short or to give me that particular hairstyle. Immediately, the owner told me, "I spoke with [the hairstylist] and she said she cut it that way because it was so damaged." There are so many things wrong with that. #1, I did NOT ASK for her to cut my hair that short, I do not care how damaged my hair looked, as you do not start hacking away at pieces that you think shouldn't be there without asking me first. #2, my hair was not damaged to the degree that Artisan's wants you to think it is. My hair has never snapped off while brushing it, nor has it ever melted away after washing it with shampoo. So, Artisan's way of fixing my hair included washing my hair to fade the hair dye (seriously), and then giving me a protein treatment. The owner asked, "So what was your thought process with dyeing your own hair?" Again, we were back to putting the blame on me entirely because my hair was previously dyed. I told her that dyeing my own hair in the past has nothing to do with the haircut her employee gave me. The owner then put in the protein treatment and gave me a blow-out that looked like an old lady bouffant, and I began to cry again. The owner said, "I know, I know. As women, why do we do the things we do to our hair?" (This was in reference to my previous dye job, yet again). I raised my voice and said that I didn't do this to my hair - her employee did. The owner then said, "She told me she talked with you every step of the way." I very adamantly told her she was wrong and that the hairdresser did not talk with me at all during this process. So, I left still crying and was given a refund for the cut only (the hair color looked as it had previously did, just faded a bit). Do not go to this salon unless you're seeing Peggy for curly hair or Iris for everything else. I ended up having to get my hair dyed almost black and purchased $2,000 worth of extensions from another salon. Artisan's makes excuses for crappy service/work and does not take responsibility for any mistakes.
