Service is good but overly priced. I actually think the place is nice but not to the point of $95 for a gel pedicure with some massage.

I don't get manicures very often but LeSpa is always great in the consistency of their quality of service and results

Horrible experience! My first time getting my nails done here and will be my last. My overlay acrylic set was done in less than 15 min. There were globs of acrylic so thick on the top of my nails and the "nail tech" didn't even file it down. He went over the acrylic once with the gritty file but and never with the fine file bit. He barely filed at all and never used anything out of a sanitary pack. There was thick globs of acrylic under my nails and hanging off the corners. Once, I went to pay the 70.00!! I couldn't leave without saying something. The woman behind the front desk looked at them, saw they were bad and offered to fix them. All she did was clean up the globs hanging and re shaped them. Never said anything about the horrible work. Even though I could tell she saw by the look on her face. Still charged me the full amount and I left. Today, I was going to go back and demand them to be fixed, but I took my business elsewhere. Today's nails where I normally go! Fixed them for me and I saw they were already lifting after 24 hours. What a rip off and a waste of time. Do not go here, place if just ripping people off. I doubt the worker who did my nails was even licensed. He really didn't have a clue. read more

Got a gel pedicure 5/10 and next Friday all the gel peeled off on 4 toes. I called to have it fixed and told me this is normal within 2 weeks, after spending $85. I have never had a gel pedicure peel off like this before and told me no refund or no fixing. Do not recommend. I have had gel on my toes where it has to be soaked off, it doesn't just fall off! Update 7/19/2023 Le spa informed my credit card company that they offered to fix the toe nails that came off. That is a LIE. They told me it is within normal time they start chipping and only offered for me to come in for a new pedicure, not to fix the ones that were falling off. They also informed my credit card company that they should credit me $10, but they didn't offer that to me. So not only do they not do a good job, they lie. read more

Amazing and perfect place to get your nails done! 100% clean, even COVID is getting out of many people minds, here they sanitize each place after each customer and that's great not only because of COVID but also to bring a clean environment and great customer service. I did a regular pedicure and I'm so happy, I haven't been in a while in a place where is worth it the price with the service received. I definitely will come back and I highly recommend Le' Spa! Had this salon recommended to me so I went having just moved to the area. I will be making the hour drive to my other salon. I made an appt, so I was very excited for this. When I got there, I was rushed to choose a color and then go sit. My nails themselves aren't bad, however the service was terrible. There was no hand wash after all the filing, just went right to the nail polish. No hand massage, no hot towel. Oh- and I got charged gor him to "cut" my nails.. all he did was file them down and shape them. read more

I choose to have natural nails, but the technician assigned to me seemed like she never did a pedicure on anyone besides gel. She proceeded to grind my toenails to a shabby mess! Don't got anywhere else! This place is fantastic! Well staffed for walk-in appointments, clean and well organized, excellent selection of services. I had the spa gel pedicure with Amanda, she was legitimately the best pedicurist I've ever had. She was cheery and sweet and the pedicure itself was intense and relaxing all at the same time. I highly recommend upgrading to the spa pedicure, it's worth the extra money for the additional services included. This would be a fantastic place for a private pedicure party, as they have separate areas of seating for small groups. Think wedding party or pre-prom pedicures. read more

So my husband wanted to gift me some pampering service for my birthday, I chose this place because I've been to countless nail salons in the past and as the saying goes "you get what you pay for" although I realized that's not always the case considering my experience here. When I called to make an appt the woman was really nice so I was super excited. Unfortunately shortly after starting my pedicure I felt worried. The woman was clearly rushing and considering the price & the fact that it's a bit fancier I didn't feel her spending a total of roughly 35 mins for my pedicure from start to finish was sufficient. Not to mention she cut me on both my big toes one was bleeding. After the pedicure we started my full set, I felt excited again since I haven't had my nails done in well over a year and I just assumed the pedicure service sucked and would try the nail service. For starters my cuticles were never pushed back, snipped or groomed at all, my actual skin was filed so many times which is super painful and my cuticles are flooded with acrylic. I have spots on several fingers that are very raw because she filed my nail down so far that she got to the skin under my nail! I even told her it was burning me when she put the acrylic and asked her why. She had no explanation but said it only burns for a little bit... right? Once I went to pay I could not believe the total was $167!!!!! I would have NEVER in this lifetime paid that much for full set, pedi and eyebrows with this as the result! My finger tips are in pain and from a far it looks like I'm wearing press ons because there's way to much acrylic on my cuticles and around the nail. It's just such a sloppy job! I love le spa. The front desk people are so friendly and genuine. The services are amazing and the nail techs take their time and do not rush you around. They don't want you to leave if your service is not how you want it. They'll fix if they mess up (mistakes happen were only human) or if it's not what you want. They take pride in their work!!! They did a really good job in my nails. I showed them a picture of the nails I wanted and they really matched the picture well. I also got my eyelashes done here. The lady I got did a beautiful job the eyelashes are gorgeous, the only issue I had was the injury I got on my right eye. One of the aloe pads under my eyes must have been placed wrong or something and I received a paper cut. The manager was super nice to recommend some eye drops for me and even offer a free touch up after my eye felt better so over all I would say it's a 9/10. read more

I always have a great experience here! Always. Claire does my lashes, and I will never go to anyone else in the Lehigh Valley. They always look full, but soft and flirty. Plus, Claire is an absolute doll! I prefer either Lee or Nina do my nails, depending on the day if the week I go for my service. Today was Lee, and they are gorgeous as always. Both Lee and Nina always listen about and length and shape, and get it right. I am one who switches up the shape/length if my nails frequently, so it's nice to have techs who can execute square, round, or almond beautifully. I get overlays over my natural nails... no tips, and they have never ever once tried to force or push tips during their services. The gel polish brands they carry are solid. I have never had them fade or discolor, and their topcoat stays glossy even if you are week late for a fill/polish. I am a very satisfied customer. read more

That shouldn't be a big deal but so many salons are worn and tatty where the massage chairs and dryers are unreliable. I have been going to Le' Spa since May for my lash extensions, whenever I go it's a pleasant experience. Van always does a great job, she is very sweet and gentle. I usually take a nap whenever I go back for my fill ins haha. Today I went for my nails for the first time and I couldn't be happier! My nails are perfect, Jolie did an amazing job on my mani & pedi. I've been going to the same nail salon for years, finally tried a new one and I'm so glad I did. I will continue coming to Le' Spa for my lashes & nails, so convenient to have everything done in the same place. I just left Le' Spa and I wanted to write this review before I forgot! I had Sally - and I'm so grateful. I got a mani/pedi. She was super careful and precise, and also very accommodating when I was going back and forth between nail colors. I decided to get tips with gel polish, again - she did a wonderful job. I've been to other salons where fake nails feel thick and tacky, but these nails feel and look nearly natural. Sally made sure to file my nails to the exact length I wanted and filed them perfectly. The prices are definitely higher than most places around Allentown, but my experience proved that you get what you pay for. I will definitely be back and will hopefully be able to have Sally again :) read more

I have been coming here for a couple of years (specifically for dip manicures), and have yet to experience service that is anything but stellar. Yenni, Julie and Ken are a few of the great technicians I've had the privilege to sit with. Lé Spa offers a complimentary beverage with your service (water, tea, coffee, or even wine!), a beautiful clean environment, a huge range of colors to choose from, several nail and pedicure stations, and of course, an attentive, professional, friendly, and well-trained staff. My favorite little tidbit? Their basic pedicure includes a hot stone massage! I will be honest and say their prices are a liiiiitle higher than other places I have been, but if you are looking for a spa experience, that difference is worth it... plus, I've never had such well-done, long-lasting dip manicures. Mediocre results. Mediocre price. I went in for a pedicure and manicure with a friend. While she was fairly satisfied, I personally don't think either was particularly thorough. I discovered after getting home I still have cuticle edges and discovered leftover polish remaining. All these things can be fixed myself without going back (and probably more annoying to have to go back to fix). But not what you want to do after dropping cash on a professional. I had a not so great manicure from here - but the manager ended up calling me in person to apologize and make it right. She was very sweet and professional. I will definitely give them a second chance for manicures - and totally stand by their great massages. - I got a 30 minute massage from Mae - it was spectacular. This is a long one.... This started off as a great experience, I thought Id found a place Id be a regular at. Admittedly they are overpriced, but Im willing to overlook that when a company stands behind services and provides a clean/relaxing atmosphere. Ive been here twice, the first time I payed for a gel spa pedicure, which for $70 is again, overpriced. There's really nothing done other than paraffin that isn't standard in many salons for far less than $70. However I was happy for the most part with my service. 3 days later every single toe nail peeled off one by one. I returned with a friend a few weeks later for mani/pedis because she likes this place, so I thought I would give them another chance. While we were picking out polish I mentioned to my friend what happened with my polish the last time I came. Shelby(the manager) overheard me and advised me of their 2 week gel guarantee and said if it ever happens again that I should call and it would be fixed free of charge. This in my mind made this salon worth the overcharges. Fast forward 4 days after my service and every single one of my gel nails was peeling up from the cuticle. I was in on a Sunday and called the salon on Thursday to explain, Shelby told me to come on in. I was thrilled that they were going to correct the issue. They redid all of the gel and said that it may have been that my nails were wet or had oil. Again, I left inconvenienced and a bit sore ( they were VERY rough on my cuticles, like I bled on 3 different nails from them cutting them). However, I was happy to be using a salon with integrity. Fast forward 3 days EVERY SINGLE NAIL WAS PEELING AGAIN. Now I understand sometimes things happen, but I have been getting my nails done for years and never had this much of an issue. I went in AGAIN, and was told by another manager (I did not get her name) that they would fix them. I explained to her the previous issues. She sat me with a manicurist who was kind and great and who said that the issue was likely because they never removed the cuticle that was stuck to my nail plate. ( they just kept trying to cut cuticle from the back) She proceeded to remove the cuticle that was on the nail plate and redo my nails. I was then given a ticket to pay so I explained to the front desk why I was there, that I wasn't supposed to be charged. Shelby was now there and remembered me after my explanation and said "I wasn't here when she got here but she was here a week ago for a fix" to a man that was up front asking me to pay. She then took a phone call and he said she did a full manicure so you have to pay. I again said but this was a FIX, he then agreed for me to pay half. Shelby watched all this happen and did nothing, did not attempt to correct him, or put her call on hold. Now learning from the manicurist that the reason I was having issues is because the cuticle was not removed properly the first time OR THE SECOND TIME, why should I be paying for a service that I already paid for. Not to mention the additional $20 in tips to the manicurists for the 2 correction visits (since it was not there fault it was screwed up) as well as an hour drive to get there and have them fixed both the second and third time. Needless to say I will not return, nor will I refer anyone. I will not do business with a company that claims to have a guarantee but does not stand behind it. There are far too many nail salons out there that charge appropriately and do better work. ****I will say that after the cuticle was removed properly the nails have been perfect, I waited to write this review to see if they would stick this time, and they have so far. My nails were so bad I ripped them all off and decided to have a new set done.12/14/2019 I called Le' Spa and they fit me right in. I was a little apprehensive because I have gone to the same salon for 10 years. But I needed it done. I had a Christmas party to attend that evening. The Spa was clean and very nice. The tech was very nice as well however, she did not follow direction very well and her work was not good. Nails were not put on correctly and there are indents in the acrylic from sanding not being done properly in addition they are over priced.Sadly, I was very disappointed and will not be returning. I went in for eyelash extensions about 2 months ago. I didn't see Claire, the technician who had been doing them to a while there, I saw Van. The process took 4 hours and I was soooo uncomfortable in pain. Long story short, I suffered a corneal abrasion from her scratching my eyeball! I did call and speak to the store manager, Shelby. She was so understanding and helpful and refunded me the cost of the eyelashes AND my copay at the eye dr. She was more than accommodating and apologetic, and I am very grateful for that experience. The reason for the review after 2 months is because my eyelashes have completely broken off and I have huge bald spots. I don't know if it is due to the placement of the lashes, or the glue, or the type of lash. I just wanted to warn others that are thinking of getting them done! It's not worth the feeling I have now when I look in the mirror with barely any eyelashes. I spoke to an acquaintance certified in lash extension, and she said this is due to her gluing then to more than one lash and too close to the base. If you choose this route, make sure to ask for the technician that has been there longer. read more

My friend and I were driving past, and thought we would stop in. It literally is a pink getaway. When you walk in Shelby is so gracious and knowledgeable you can't help but book an appointment; so we did. It was my birthday and just thought it would be a fun silly thing to do. It was AWESOME Relaxing and calming. I got my eyelashes done one day, but the room and table were really uncomfortable and honestly they looked terrible, BUT the nails and pedicures are great. Too expensive, bad service. Sometimes there's a 1 hr wait on weekends but they'll tell you it's a few minutes to keep you waiting..and waiting. Their service doesn't get any better but the price for Mani/pedi keeps increasing, which they won't tell you until you check out. The massage they give you is more like a tickle and they don't include parafin or anything special for the price. Visited this salon for first time and got dip. The woman was pleasant and friendly to me. No drink was offered but around me were customers with water bottles and glasses of wine. I didnt received a manicure before dip went on, dip was sloppily applied (uneven layers and bumps) and poorly shaped to end the service. I asked to have dip evened out as the bumps were obnoxious. Quickly filed and top coat reapplies. Didn't put me back under uv light yet that's how the top coat gets sealed... When I asked to have my cuticles cleaned up (dry unmanaged cuticles + dip remanence) the lady just looked at me. I asked for oil and for her to do my cuticles and she said "it doesn't come with cuticles maybe oil tho." Ok... so I waited for oil and she was doing somebody else's nails! So I grabbed some and applied myself. Not sure how I feel for customer service especially when I'm paying 45$. read more

Le spa is a mediocre nail salon. Some staff really need more training. My nails have broken off. Chipped. And then they do not even offer to fix them free of charge. The receptionist "Shelby" is super obnoxious and does not stop talking to clients. I find that rude and disrespectful. I don't mind checking on the client to make sure if im ok. But I don't need to hear about your whole life. I am at a salon to relax. Not hear you loud voice the whole time. She is one of the reasons I would never return. read more

Had a wonderful experience at Le Spa. They offer gel powder polish which lasts even longer than normal gel and they have a wide variety of colors. The nail technician worked quickly but very efficiently and my nails lasted 4 weeks with no chips! (Although they were quite grown out). The pedicure has lasted very well and I don't like the bottom of my feet pumiced and she understood well and respected that. Great experience all around. read more
