The best outcome has always been in India and second best in NY. That was until I had my eyebrows done by Sunita this past weekend. She did a phenomenal job!! I forgot my loyalty/ punch card but I love my brows so much it doesn't even matter. I don't need fancy. I need good quality. I don't experience a lot of shedding so I go every 3 weeks. 9/10 the works is exceptional and the lash tech is professional. I can only think of one tech in particular who almost caused me from coming back. She was vaping over my head and kept pausing every 5 minutes to text on her phone. I am a very easy going person and if you want to text someone during my appointment (an hour long) be my guest. I've dedicated an hour to be there. But between the excessive texting and vaping - I was livid. However, I haven't seen her since and I decided to not let one person ruin my overall experience. My eyes water a lot so I know I'm not the easiest client - I always warn anyone new that I tear up, ignore me for it because it doesn't hurt me, it's just what my eyes do. Everyone is understanding and feels bad. As I said I've been coming here for 2 years, and have no intention of going anywhere else. If you want excellent work at a great price without being charged for fancy frills - this is your place!
