He was good with making conversation and was so focused and dedicated to his work, but when I asked if they had the wifi password, he legit was like "yeah, but it's very long and they have it downstairs so" then proceeded to do his work. He was kind enough to take a picture of my tattoo on my phone, ignored me when I asked for one with me actually in it and not just my arm. Maybe he just didn't hear me. update 7 months after my naval piercing that has been nothing but red and has a bump on it. i went…read moreto a new piercer which she told me it was pierced way too shallow and also that surgical steel is not good for piercings. after switching to titanium for not even 6 hours it feels better and now i have to just hope i didn't waste my money here and that it won't reject because of how shallow it was pierced.

The glue was all over my teeth and lumpy and she was rushing to put them on because she had to many people waiting for their appointments! The gems were not straight in a row or aligned evenly. Within one hour of getting them done the first one fell off within the next 2 hours all 6 of them came completely off. I have glue caked up on my teeth currently that I cannot get off due to her inexperience & have to make an appointment at my dentist to get it removed! I paid $200 to have these gems put on what a rip off! Not to mention I had a scheduled appointment and had to wait over 40 mins to be seen for my appointment. She over books appointments and there was over 8 people waiting for her services in her tiny shop ridiculous! Do not get tooth gems from her go to a licensed professional who actually knows what they are doing and won't over charge you!

The jewelry used was so long it was sticking out from both sides of my ear and I was not able to put my glasses on. Yes, there needs to be room for swelling but it was way too much. It kept snagging and getting caught, making it pull my ear- pretty painful. I went somewhere else and they told me she used barbell jewelry instead of what is normally used for a helix. The second place replaced it and it felt much better - no more snagging and pulling. Would not recommend this place at all.

Took my boyfriend to get his ears pierced. (The line was too long at the actual store so we went to…read morethe kiosk.) Not only was the piercer extremely rude, she was highly unprofessional. I have gotten all of my piercings done with sterling silver and I've never once had a problem, but she was insisting that we spend almost $100 on a pair of starter earrings. Obviously we declined and showed her the ones we wanted and she was very rude from that point on. I tried to show her the placement for the earrings since I personally have 8 piercings, and I knew where he told me he wanted them, she snapped at me and told me that it was fine where they were. The piercings came out nice but I am highly disappointed by the unprofessional employee. (I had called about 3 hours before hand with some questions and the answers I received (from the same woman who pierced my boyfriend) were "yes 7pm. No. Ok." and then she hung up as I was saying have a good day) HIGHLY rude and unprofessional. I've never had an issue at Piercing Pagoda like this one. The employees are usually very kind to me and treat me with the same respect I give them. Needless to say if one of the piercers are rude, walk away and don't give them your business!! There are many other highly qualified, professional and respectful piercers.
