Plenty of Yelp 5 stars attest that the grips installation is cheap, good & fast. When I walked in the owner was welding a shaft onto a club head. I came in out of curiousity. Wanted to browse the small selection of used clubs. But nothing for me as I am a left handed player. There was no left handed clubs here at all. The several dozen used clubs were same quality that you'd find at a Play It Again store. Really old vintages, average or lower condition. read more

Don't bother go anywhere but this place. Waited 15 mins for person to finish up with customer as soon as he was done e another customer came in and help them first. It's simple thing to do, help customer as they come in I guess it was too much for this simpleton. This is t the first time I've received sub par service and been ignored here. read more

For what the place lacks in appearance, it makes up for in service. I am a returning customer this shop never lets me down. They do great work at an affordable price and it's quick. read more

Great pricing and quick service for new grips and regripping of my driver and 3wood. needs. Would recommend.

The name says it all. I'll make the review as quick as it was to get my clubs cut and regripped. This place is great. I literally was able to walk in, get measured, asked all the questions I could think of, choose my grips, decide on length and walk out with newly done clubs in less than 20 minutes. It helps to do a little bit of research but the two guys that were there were super helpful and very friendly. Prices were fair (grips are installed with the purchase of grips for a small up charge) I'll definitely stopping by here again for any future needs. read more

Greatest little secret in Sacramento. Guys are so good at what they do and very knowledgeable as well.

Awesome service from Nick today. He re-shafted my driver as well as installed a new, sweet, oversized grip while checking out the nice selection of used clubs. Lots of grip choices by the way. He was done super quickly, and my driver looks brand new and beautiful. Before leaving, I grabbed a handful of hybrids, a driver for my kid, and some awesome soccer ball golf balls. Thanks Nick, you were awesome! I'll be back to regrip all my clubs here! read more

Nick is Knowledgable with his craft, honest and reasonable pricing. Highly recommended

How does a business whose name is Grips Fast never have any grips. Five times trying to get a club re-gripped. Try to support small business but you have to have business that I can support. read more

Love this place, the only place you can walk in and get your grips changed right then and there. Usually you have to wait days and 2 trips to accomplish this process...but not here!!! Hurry in for some friendly conversation and new grips (and whatever else you need for your clubs). read more

Came here to look for some golf clubs for my son who is left handed. Parker helped us and said they only had one in the shop. He wanted to make sure that my son walked out with something so he cut the club so that it was an appropriate height for my son and only charged us $8! I was shocked at his thoughtfulness and generosity! Something you hardly get to witness nowadays. Thank you Parker not only for the club but for showing my son that there's still good people out there. read more

Knowledge, professionalism, speed, and quality of work at a fair price. Seriously, they hit all the marks. What's not to like? I'll never go anywhere else. read more

Stopped by Grips Fast Golf today with my son to get a new super stroke putter grip installed on my putter that I ordered online. I walked in and got service immediately. While I was waiting for them to install my new grip my son and I were browsing there products and we came across these super cool Spider-Man golf balls that my son loved. My son asked me to buy them so I told him to ask the guys behind the counter how much they were when I went to pick my putter. My 5 year old son went up and asked "How many monies does this cost?"and the gentleman behind the counter looked down at him and said with out hesitation "you can have them" and gave him a fist bump. My son was so excited and hasn't stopped talking about his experience at Fast Grips Golf! We will definitely only use Fast Grips for any new golf supplies moving forward! Thank you! read more

Amazing. Super helpful and friendly staff. They regripped my entire set in like 15 minutes. I had called golf Galaxy prior to coming here and they said it would take a week. This place also does overnight shaft replacements. I will come here in the future for all my golf needs! Also, this is a great place to buy a used set. read more

Went in on a Saturday afternoon to get 9 clubs re-gripped. Honestly, we expected to be told to come back later but Evan said to give him 7 minutes! 10 minutes later we walked out having paid about $140 for all 9 clubs with a huge smile on our face! Thanks Evan! read more

I have been going to Grips Fast for 20 years. Nick and Parker are the reason I keep going back. But the last few times I have gone in they have no grips! It's literally in their name! Sucks I have to go to different places now. read more

Easy and smooth grip replacement, out in 20 min. Knowledgeable and down to earth! I would definitely go back and refer to friends

I've periodically driven by this place probably since their inception but never stopped in until today. The kid was complaining his new clubs needed upgraded grips because they were hurting his hand/fingers. I'm always referring the kid as milk toast because of his whining and excuses. I'm thinking no way because these clubs are a brand new set of Callaway Apex's. So after hitting a few balls myself, I relented and agreed they were indeed uncomfortable and in searching for a place to re-grip these clubs, I rediscovered "GripFastGolf" after Googling a pro shop for re-gripping. We didn't get any of the names of the people working inside but it was certainly a small family owned business. We brought in the clubs and the kid picked out the grip he liked and they were installed right on the spot in about 15-20 minutes and the price was very reasonable. They also have an assortment of used clubs too so if you're someone just getting into the sport and looking for some clubs, they may have what you're looking for as they had several on display. They even have a little netted indoor range that you can possibly use to try any club. Well....the kid no longer has any more excuses.....new clubs, new grip and lessons from a real PGA Pro. I just hope high school golf resumes next spring. BTW....if you want lessons, check out Don Thames at Emerald Golf Course in EG. Great personable instructor and can demonstrate hitting a ball with amazing grace with deadly accuracy. After seeing him in action, it makes me want to experience watching pros play in person. Went there today and had a full set re-gripped. I was out in 30 minutes. Price was also reasonable.

More than just fast grips, great place for club customization, used clubs, shaft pulls, and good conversation. Has a two mat hitting bay to try things out. Highly recommended. Edited to add services I've had done: Shaft shortening, tipping, removal, and install Grip install, change, and save Purchased and installed a used shaft pull read more

Good place for a quick grip change. They do it while you wait. Good idea to know what you want though because there is ZERO help from the staff. Basically, you pick it and they put it on. Service is quick but expensive. I had two grips done and it was $50!. I got the tacky golf pride for my driver and a super stroke on my putter. Found the same Golf Pride grip at Dick's for $6.95. Granted these guys install it but can't imagine what a whole set would cost to be re gripped. I was literally in and out in ten minutes including grip selection. If you want it done quick, it's a good spot. I hear Land Park GC does it on the spot too and may be more competitive. Sorry to drop that but like I said, $50 for two clubs is $$$. read more

Great Service and great price. I would recommend them to everyone. I got 8 irons re-gripped for a great price. Only took 10 minutes for them to finish. I'll make sure to go here for all my golf clubs fixes. read more

I stopped by today when the local superstore had reached the limits of their capability, which was cutting down a shaft and performing a regrip. The moment I stepped in I realized that I should have been coming here all along. Both staff members were friendly and knowledgeable. The job was done quickly while I waited to top notch specs. Will definitely be back here next time I need grips or any club alterations. Thanks! read more

This is the place to go to replace your grips, hands down the best! Pricing was great and I wondered what another person complained about. (That guy did have a Fatso grip installed) Most of the times they will change while you wait. I needed a club cut down 1/2 " and they did it on the spot. You'll need a new grip after of course. This place absolutely rules. Dude's super friendly knows what he's talking about and you can get legiiiiit clubs and all the accessories for a fraction of what they'd be new for the same level. Big happy about this place. read more

Very helpful staff and highly knowledgeable. Also very fair prices and a lot of tools to fix whatever breaks.

Do not go to this place if you need ferrules replaced. I needed 2 clubs replaced and waited a day and a half for the epoxy to cure. Started hitting balls in my net at home and the head came loose after a few swings. They did fix it for free, but I'm not confident they did it correct and they didn't even use a matching ferrule. Guess I'll see if the head comes loose again. Update: Waited 4 days for the epoxy to cure before hitting and sure enough, after a few swings, the entire head came off the shaft. Thankfully my net at home as additional support or else the head would've went straight through the drywall. Can't believe I paid money for this type of service read more

One of the most honest and reasonable business professionals I have dealt with in quite some time. Rather than just give me a low ball offer on a trade in they took the time to do research of the clubs I had to turn in and came back with a very fair price. I will definitely be using Grips Fast Golf again as it is very hard to find honest business professionals. Have a set of good uses clubs, please give Grips Fast Golf a call and you will not be disappointed with their service. read more

I purposely went to this small independent owned golf shop to purchase $100 worth of golf balls for my customers while also giving boost to a small business. Owner was rude and unappreciative upon opening so I went to Haggin Oaks! Next time greet your customer how you would like to be greeted and talk to them how you would like to be talked to from tone to enthusiasm. It's as if this guys serving a jail sentence running a business. Oh well, not going to get me down man! Life is too short to let a little guy with big attitude get my money or my anger.
