He came with a broken vacuum cleaner and openly admitted that he was to be leaving the company. His broken vacuum did not do a great job of removing the glass from my back yard. Even though you claim that guy is no longer with the company, my experience really speaks to the level of which you care for and take pride in your work (or lack thereof). **END OF UPDATE** **FIRST UPDATE** The owner called me back the next day to address my concerns. He was very apologetic and is sending a crew out to clean up the glass. I bumped up my rating because of the quickness in the company's response and there willingness to remedy the issues. **END OF UPDATE** I wish there was a negative amount of stars. These people are not professional at all. They were hired to replace my broken glass slider door in my basement. When I returned home from work, I discovered glass shards all over my yard within a 5 foot radius of the door. I was irritated that they did not clean that up but I could have lived with that. However, that wasn't the end of it. Upon inspecting the interior of my basement, I found glass shards up to ten feet in from the door, I found glass shards on my basement couch, and there was caulk and glue on the blinds that go on the door they replaced. I cannot believe they did such a sloppy job and LEFT GLASS INSIDE MY HOUSE!! They could have put up a tarp, they could have told me to clear out the area beforehand... they took no precautionary measures and then had the nerve to leave the job without cleaning up. I have pets that are now at risk of cutting themselves... I just spent about and hour thoroughly vacuuming my entire basement. Do yourself a favor, and find a company with a little more professionalism.

Well, it's still leaking and we are concerned about the structural integrity of the roof and ceiling if the room continues to leak.
