    To go pizza #1.
    Pamela M.

The Hubs ordered The Don Pizza today. We both throught it was delicious! It was meat heavy, flavored perfectly with not too much salt, and the crust was excellent and thin! The sauce was just the right amount and this time it did not seem overly sauced. I was starving and this pizza was very good! If you like a meaty pizza,I highly recommend The Don Pizza from Grimaldi's!

1 pizza, 1 sangria & $71 later . Delicious but not sure if its orth the price. Ordered the 16" Tuscan Veggie Pizza and added Grilled chicken, ricotta, and red onion ($11) to one half and spicy chicken sausage ($4) but they maybe put $.50 worth of each topping on the pizza. It was yummy but for the price I expected more of the toppings. The peach sangria was very good & refreshing! The ceasar salad was yummy too, since we signed up for the rewards program it was free. Our server was attentive and helped us put our order together. The new space is gorgeous and inviting. I absolutely love the opening of the bar concept to the patio. Not sure if we'll go back due to the price to ingredient ratio but I'd recommend!

We got the Don pizza. The crust was delicious, light, and crispy. The ingredients on top were also delicious. The sauce didn't have any flavor. The bartender waited on us, and he was overworked. He had to take care of the dining room, the patio, wait on tables, and clean them. The place is decorated nicely. Looks like you're in a warehouse.

I like to look down on people who look down on things and it's with no small amount of humility…read morethat I confess to sitting at the new Grimaldis eating pizza with my wife laughing at the restaurant across the street called Chuck's Fish. We'd never heard of it and having recently returned from the gulf I was feeling rather smug about seafood. What could this Chuck know about it all? Feeling adventurous, we decided to walk over and check it out after eating an entire pizza. Pizza was pretty good. Chuck's Fish was epic. I love that there's no TV at the bar. I love the decor. I love the fact that the namesake was a civil rights attorney. I love the fact that I can get incredible sashimi and order our daughter a pizza that is just as good as the joint across the street. Chuck I apologize. I promised the bar staff I'd Yelp you up after the first visit but once bitten twice shy so I gave it another go. I'm at your bar now. Trudy is helping me out. She's a pro. So was the team here on Saturday. That's why I'm back in fact. The people. Also. The food. Can go on about the food. But. Y'all. Just come and experience it. This social media stuff is only good for so much. A nudge. A hint. An inkling. Hamachi ponzu with fresh jalapeño. Yes. Get that. Goyza with one perfectly crisped side? Yeah. Two of those. Catch of the day? Either way is gonna be good. Tks Charles!!!! You got two new regulars. Hopefully many many more.

I had a wonderful dinner here celebrating my boyfriend's promotion at work…read more Chuck's is a beautiful low lit restaurant, with a calm yet upscale atmosphere. The decor in here is absolutely beautiful. Our server Stephanie was the sweetest ever. She gave us recommendations and helped us navigate choices on the menu. I opted for a glass of their rosé while he got their old fashioned, wasn't his favorite since they did not have Buffalo Trace. He's not a fan of Bulleit. However he was alright with it. We got the Cowboy sushi roll and snapper necks as appetizers. Both very flavorful and cooked well. Having Louisiana hot sauce was the icing on the cake for him. Entrees we got were both mainly red snapper, he got it Parmesan crusted and I went for bronzed because it came with mango salsa over rice pilaf. He had risotto. Both dishes were very good, however they definitely could have benefited from a bit more salt (in our opinion). Green beans were cooked extremely well. We both cleaned our plates! As for desserts I went for the bread pudding and he opted for the creme brûlée since he had never had any. Bread pudding was absolutely immaculate and I'm glad Steph talked me into adding ice cream. He wished he had gotten my dessert after trying it but his creme brûlée was still pretty decent. Not a big custard guy. Overall this was a great experience and to help others gauge their bill, we spend a little under $200 before the tip. Not extremely cheap but not overly expensive. We just like trying it all - drinks, apps, entrees and desserts. Would love to come back soon!

There's ample parking and the interior looks nice enough; kind of a fun Italian mafia theme with lots of comfortable booths and an attractive bar with a good TV. Both the restaurant and the women's restroom were very clean. We entered right after opening but were made to feel quite welcome by the waitstaff. Our waitress brought our menus, including a lunch menu! I love a lunch menu. My mom and I both ordered the lunch portion of the spaghetti carbonara. She enjoyed her sweet tea and I had a diet soda. The entrees come with a piece of garlic bread. I thought the portion size and price were both perfect for a lunch serving. The garlic toast was crispy and buttery. We enjoyed our spaghetti carbonara. It's not made with eggs and cheese in the traditional way, but instead uses Alfredo sauce, which is a little disappointing to me. I remain on the hunt for that kind of carbonara in Huntsville. Still, it was a good Alfredo sauce, the pasta was cooked well, and there were ample little bacon bits. Pleasant visit, nice place for lunch -- give them a try for some solid American-Italian food if you're in the area!

I thought it was delicious. I can't wait to visit and try more. I am not sure if the bread is the same but the bread catered was just basic garlic bread. Not bad but nothing special. Did have a nice crust on it.

This review is for the pizza and bolognese pasta-all great…read more My family shared the lamb pizza and Greek pizza and were so surprised how huge the slices were! Each giant slice was the equivalent of 2-3 slices combined. The flavor on both pizzas was very good and the lamb was not "gamey" or overpowering in flavor. Our little nieces loved the bolognese pasta, and I tried the sauce on it, and it was tasty. We ordered it all to go.

We were there for a late lunch, so we basically had the run of the place. Our server was very sweet, non-intrusive, and--though she did forget about a caesar salad until reminded after entrees were served--overall did a great job. Drinks were refilled promptly, etc. The food? Eh, it was fine. The garlic styx (why do they spell it this way, ARGH) were pizza dough, not actually "bread," and holy CRAP was there a lot of garlic on them. I mean entire cloves coating it. I don't mind garlic so I wasn't mad, but it was a bit much. The side of marinara was adequate in both taste and volume, but tasted jarred. I got the 10-layer eggplant. Now, I love eggplant parm and I see where they were going with this, but it was just SO cheesy. I love cheese and marinara and eggplant and all that jazz, but this singular dish probably contained 2 lbs (no joke) of cheese condensed into a 5"x5" square. I know there was eggplant in there (finely sliced, like on a mandolin thin). I know there was sauce in there (there was some swirled around the dish). However, all I could taste was...cheese. This is the first, and likely will be the last, time I ever complain about too much cheese. Practical notes: I didn't see any super dinginess like other reviews state, but I also didn't go to the bathroom. Your mileage may vary. Parking is a niiiiiiiightmaaaaaaare even when the restaurant isn't busy. Make sure your parallel parking skills are up to date or try and squeeze into one of the lots. Portions are large, so order accordingly. If you order something with cheese and are even remotely sensitive to dairy, bring your Lactaid and triple the dose. NOTE: this is not actual medical advice.
