Super friendly young lady at the front was more than willing to answer my many questions about their menu. I ordered the salmon burger and my friend had their veggie burger. We split both so we could enjoy each. Their veggie burger was delicious but the salmon burger was just too weird for my taste. It had a vegan mayo on it which I think was part of the problem. I was happy to use my entertainment book BOGO coupon so that made our meal reasonably priced but otherwise this restaurant seems pretty expensive for The amount of food provided. So on top of being centered in the heart of historical Snohomish, Grilla Bites has quality food for everyone. They have fresh pressed juices and smoothies. Gluten free options and Gluten free desserts are spectacular. We love the Turkey cranberry and Thai tuna. The Thai tuna is not gluten free. The owner is an absolutely amazing knowledgeable woman who runs her business ethically and sustainably. The price point is perfect. Always clean and flow well managed. Exactly what we like in a restaurant. Cheap, casual dining at its best. Order and pay at the counter. Healthy but tasty! food. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options. Plenty of tables to sit at. Even a salad bar if you can tear yourself away from the many tempting sandwich/burger options. And it is in one of the cutest downtowns I have seen since moving to Washington. Although I would prefer it located nearby. Preferably across the street. What did we try? Curry tofu sandwich (sans cheese) and a Portobello mushroom burger (again sans cheese). They were great about substituting their marvelous very garlicky aioli in place of the blue-cheese dressing on the burger. And you have a choice of a veggie/hummus side in place of chips. So awesome! First of all, I'm from out of state but I visit my family in Snohomish regularly. This is their favorite spot to eat and I see why! The food is amazing and I can't say enough about their smoothies and raw juices! To top it off, the managers and workers love and care for their community. It's so rare to see this kind of care these days. The manager helped me out with a gift I was arranging and really went above and beyond. (Even during Covid!!) Not that I eat it, but I really liked that they serve Bison Burgers as their only red meat burgers. It's cheaper, better for the environment, and is better for you. Nicely done, Grilla Bites. I ordered the Portabella Burger with marinated mushrooms, grilled red onion, greens, and a blue cheese sauce that was to die for. I recommend the tuna sandwich! It's my favorite. You have two options for sides for your sandwiches: homemade hummus and veggie sticks or hummus and tortilla chips. They have a salad bar and smoothies (both of which can be difficult to find locally). I wish the salad bar had more options but it is good. Really wanted to love this place due to having lots of vegan options. I was very disappointed in the portobello burger. It came cold on a tasteless grain bun with small pieces of mushrooms AND basically a sour spinach salad on top. It was wet. Came with tortilla chips and very small amount of hummus in a paper tasting cup. Friends had a bbq tofu sandwich which was ok but cold. Other friend liked her sandwich (forget her order) but she chose the veggie side and it came with carrots and celery. This rating is based solely on a single experience on April 30 and is more of a recommendation to the business management. Please train your staff to handle large orders while keeping up with smaller orders. My wife and I waited 40 minutes for our small to go order that got stuck behind an enormous takeout order and ended up throwing in the towel and going somewhere else. A refund was begrudgingly given (not even using the same payment method) without an ounce of empathy or consideration to make up for the poor service. I'm sure the food is wonderful and it was probably just a bad day service-wise. As my wife and I have spent a lifetime in customer service, we know how that can be, but there are a lot of ways to make it right and make your customers feel valued, especially after they have waited 40 minutes for a lunch order. read more

Incredible salad bar! I had the turkey and cranberry sandwich, it definitely needed more salt and pepper but I fixed that. My cousin got the chicken pesto and she said it was super good. We also got the coconut corn chowder and it was totally lacking flavor unfortunately. We also had a smoothie that was awesome! We will definitely be back for the salad bar for sure!! read more

Grilla bites is a great healthy restaurant in Snohomish. There really is a lack of healthy eating places in the area so this is a nice place for a change. They have sandwiches, smoothies and their famous salad bar. Salad bar is great and inexpensive. Almost everything here is organic which is great. They menu hasn't changed much since it's been open. They could do to add a new item or two but the food they do have is light and delicious at the same time. For big eaters this place probably won't leave you feeling stuffed so be warned. But for vegans, gluten free eaters and those trying to lose weight this place is great. read more

Im not usually a fan of organic foods because they drive the cost up too much. I don't find that big a difference in the taste or appearance of the food, plus, there's recent news that the benefits of organic foods are a little trumped up, so the increased cost is a big sticking point for me. My daughter and I both got the garlic aioli burgers. Hers was the veggie patty with no cheese and mine was the organic bison. There is no non-organic kind. We traded bites and hers was actually better. I don't know how full I would've been had I eaten the whole thing, but the one bite I had of hers was definitely better. In this case, the $4 or so extra for an actual meat hamburger wasn't worth it. The hummus and chips that come with the burger was amazing. The wife got an organic chicken soup that tasted really good. However the kale made it an unappealing brown color. Tasted just fine, though. Way above average I got the organic tomato basil soup. It tasted like regular tomato soup, so in this case it wasn't worth the extra buck or two they charged for organic. Soft drink selection was sub-par. None of the regular sodas, just a bunch of no-name organic items. 2 stars shy of perfect for the cost and soda selection. I won't object to coming here, though. That veggie burger was pretty damn good. read more

The customer service was great, the lady taking our order was very patient with us as we asked many questions since it was our first time in.
