The Thai Tuna Sandwich is to die for! It is nice being able to have vegetables and hummus on the side.

Not only was the food excellent but the service was awesome. Everyone looked like they really enjoyed to be working there. They have substitute options if you're vegan or vegetarian, its all organic and a lot of it is locally grown food. Communities would benefit if there were more places like this. read more

The Salad Bar was fresh and full the first time I went there and I loved it, but I have gone back 3 times only to be disappointed with wilted lettuce and empty items. I have brought these issues to the attention of the employee's who say "yeah that's what we got" and seem to have a oh well attitude! read more

After getting food poisoning​, I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I ate from the salad bar and ordered a sandwich​, I woke up early the next day to violent vomiting and diarrhea​. That's not something I really want to share publicly, but other potential diners need to know. I was sick for nearly two weeks after eating here. It took a week before I could even eat again. Everything, I ate that day was prepared by me, so I know the food was good. The only place I​ could have gotten bad food was from here. Had I been older or immune compromised, it could have killed me. The restaurant​ is run by young people. The front cashier had very poor customer service skills. Obviously, the cook staff has the same cavalier​ attitude when it comes to food safety too. I emailed the restaurant​ telling them what happened. It's been a couple of weeks now and no answer​-back. I have also reported them to Public Health. Do yourself a favor and run far from this place! You sure don't want what I just went through. Food poisoning​ is miserable!!! It's a shame that one employee can ruin the experience of this cafe. Great food, great owner, and I love that it's all gmo free and most importantly healthy for my children to eat. However the older lady who cashiers seems to be very short and does not enjoy my children being in the establishment. My boys tend to spill their water on ocassion or touch the soft drink fridge like many kids do. She has on multiple occasions said rude comments to the kitchen about my boys, tells my son what to do(he's 4), gives nasty looks when her back turns (unaware she hasn't fully turned and I can see) and makes me feel uncomfortable and like I have to overly monitor their every breath so I don't upset her. Recently I had Had enough and calmly told her I would be leaving since she is rude to my child each time I visit. She replied rudely with, "only because the second he Comes in he starts right on up!" I was shocked. I have worked customer service for years and never would a comment like that or her attitude be acceptable. I sadly will not be returning. I'll find an establishment who accepts my family with a smile and positive attitude. I spoke with the owner, she made it clear that since my kids are apparently "loud when they visit", that's it's okay to be treated that way by her employee. Children's noise level doesn't excuse mean comments. And that's crazy because I would not and do not allow my children to behave in that manner. I would leave or correct the noise level. I respect other diners. Eating there once a month clearly irritated the staff and they do not like my child. Sad. He always looked forward to "the monkey restaurant". read more

I ate at Gilla Bites today for the first time and was very impressed-- friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, clean, fast service, excellent food. I had a tofu grilla and it was outstanding--even if you don't like tofu, you would love this sandwich (organic tofu, pesto, tomato, spinach grilled pannini style). They also offer grilla burgers, turkey, salmon, and veggie grillas, along with baby grillas for children. The fresh organic juices are really good (I tried the Jungle Juice) and the salad bar is 100% organic. It's not a fancy place, but worth your while for a nourishing and satisfying meal. read more

This establishment needs to train their personnel on the reasons why many people cannot consume any gluten. Celiac is an autoimmune disease that causes a severe reaction when gluten is consumed and is not relieved by consuming enzymes. I have been to Rogers Riverfront establishment and their staff are very knowledgable in regards to this disease. I hope that in the very near future the personnel at this establishment will be trained by the management in regard to this disease. read more

Love the food....soups, sandwiches are very good. Owner is sweet and helpful, but from my experience the rest of staff are not so concerned with customer service. I love taking my kids here. It's a great place to sit down and eat really good, wholesome food. My 2 and 4 year old girls have food sensitivities and it can be hard to find foods they like to eat in Snohomish. They love Grilla Bites's kids menu (gluten-free nuggets!), and my husband and I absolutely love their burgers. The staff have been wonderful with my kids. Love this place. My husband and I eat organic - he's vegetarian, I'm gluten intolerant but love meat, we both love fresh food. We can both eat here and really enjoy our food. Wonderful salad bar, fresh juices, vegan/vegetarian options, raw food options, gluten free options, and my favorite - buffalo burger on a gluten free bun! Of course, you can have your burger with a wheat bun as well and the buns are GOOD. High quality food, served well. read more

What a great little restaurant. The food was phenomenal....their salad bar had so many great sumptuous toppings, and plenty of them.
