Always get the #1 w mustard and mayo with a Sweet Tea. The burgers are really big and juicy and very delicious. They also have shakes, all flavors are good as well. read more

Who doesn't like a good 'ole "bowling alley" type of hamburger? That's exactly what Griff's Hamburgers reminds me of. I got the Double Giant Cheeseburger and added jalapeños. Let me tell ya, it was "eyes rolling back in your head" type of good! "LARGE" means "LARGE" to these folks when it comes to the portion of fries you get when ordering the large combo. I took a gander at some onion rings that someone ordered and they looked absolutely awesome. (I'll try them next time) This place is a 'hot spot' for lunch so either get there before noon or after 12 noon because parking is limited. read more

I've visited this Griff's before, and everything was okay, but today my experience was aweome! I was discouraged when I pulled into the parking lot and saw all the cars (weekday @noon). When I got inside there was a line and the dining room was packed. They were staffed very well for the crowd. The cashiers were friendly and attentive, which helped the line move quickly. The manager was in the front preparing drinks for each order and everyone was hustling. My orders were hot, fresh and prepared correctly. I was in and out in about 10 mins. I was shocked. Kudos to the management team! They've hired a great staff and aren't too cheap to schedule adequate staff to insure guests aren't waiting excessive amounts of time for their food. I'll definitely be going back. read more

We ordered 2 monster burger combos the meat tasted old, dry, and smelled funny. They forgot one the fries. I could bring myself to finish eating it. read more

Amazing customer service & food is always on point‼ for the last 3 years I've been coming & I'd no problem what so ever

I have been going to Griff's better burger since the mesquite location was build so many years ago. They have stayed freshly made with real beef read more

I've been coming here all my life. The menu has never changed and neither has the great service and tasty food. Real shakes and real floats. And that same 1980 decor. Love it. read more

Desperately seeking something, anything savory to eat at 1059 pm in the city of Mesquite, we cone across this burger place. As we pull up we can actually smell the grill and thought, "this is going to either be really good or really bad"! After ordering two #2's and one #1, we were suprised at how delicious the burgers were! Everything on the burger was fresh. The patty was straight off of the grill. The bun was crunchy on the inside (which I loved). The fries were cut small like strings which I also loved! The building is old but the inside was extremely clean. I was suprised at how the bathroom was spotless as well. I enjoyed visit and I definitely will visit again! read more

Rudest people on planet working counter , made fun of my shirt .Food is good but the service people really are the worst .. Picking on sports fans Will not go back read more

Dont think I can bring myself to eat here again, food prep personnel dont wear gloves, just watched a lady scratch her head then picked fries up off the counter (no gloves) and put them back in the basket with the fresh ones. read more

My worst customer service experience ever. After choir practice I normally grab tacos in the area but I elected to stop at Griff's to grab a small burger and a coke. I place my order and ask for a coke with a little ice. Order taker repeats my order 3 times, I verify it, and pull to the window. A man passes me the coke with lots of ice & I give it back and request a little ice. He gives it back the same way. I then say, I just want a little ice. Andy who is the manager says I can give it to you with no ice because I fixed it and it has a little ice. It still has too much ice for me. It's my drink right. He goes on to say he can give me a refund for the drink cause he doesn't need the attitude. He proceeds to give me the change for the order and he drops some of the change on the ground. I ask if I need to come inside to get my refund. He realizes I paid by card so he hands me a form to sign. All the while my husband is on the phone hearing the entire exchange. He's like wow, how rude is he? When I pass it back to him he drops it on the ground. He then tells me he's going to get my license # & call the police. At that point I drive off. He issued my refund and I have none of his product. I guess I was ordering while black, driving while black, and sitting in a black car. I guess it was too much for him. When does ordering what you want & paying for it constitute being rude. The order was under $4.00 and I was just trying to get a snack. Just know I will be escalating this to the corporate office, and I will never patronize Griff's ever again. If I could give zero stars I would. I just simply drove down to Whataburger & the service was stellar. read more

I think this place way under rated. I love the burgers from here. And the service is great. The staff are very nice and professional.

A friend bought this for me since I've never heard of Griffs. I really enjoyed it. It's been a while since I've had such a flavorful burger but the fries were underwhelming. Will go back. read more

I wasn't expecting much from this rinky dink location, but boy was I surprised. This place is better than whataburger in my opinion. The milkshakes are way better and the patties are actually seasoned. The burgers are a good size too. We orderd chili cheese fries and I was shocked that they used ground beef and not some nasty dog food looking chili like most places. I will be back! read more

Me and my girlfriend try to come to this location every Sunday. The food is so good we have to have it once a week (almost)! The burgers are made to perfection, and we can't get enough of the frys! We almost always eat inside and the remodel was done perfectly! The best burger fast food hands down read more

Decent fast service in the drive thru. Ingredients seemed fresh. I ordered the double burger and fries and was not disappointed. Juicy meat, bun was chewy, fries were nicely salted but not too salty. I'd certainly go back read more

i had gotten a burger and the burger had a hair so as the drink , the drink had a dead fly in it and a piece of hair .
