Joshua provided me a quote based on his requesting pictures which I provided. I encouraged him to come and quote based on seeing the work, but he chose not to. He did show up on time for what I thought would be the beginning of a work day, but that's where the experience went downhill. He told me he was going to have to adjust his pricing based on the scope of work and headed out to his truck. I thought he would come back with new pricing. Instead he drove away and sometime later sent me a text telling me that he would not be completing my work. His approach to handling not doing a job he clearly didn't want was, in my opinion, cowardly. read more

very easy to work with. Put in a new mail box and work was fast and looks good. Definitely would recommend him.

I seldom write reviews, but Josh helped me repair the kitchen after last year fire damage. I called so many contractors, but no any contractors in these days do the cabinets repairs. But only Josh does. He is so wonderful to help me repair everything perfectly. The most wonderful and grateful thing is I could use another side of kitchen to cook food during these days. Thank you very much! I very appreciate it. God bless you! read more

First, let me say I called several ad's on Yelp in regards to handyman services. Josh from Griff's Handyman Services was the first to respond to my project concerns. Josh has great follow-up and communication skills, but most of all Josh was on time! I felt Josh had a genuine concern about my projects, and listened to how I wanted my projects completed. I appreciated that. Also, Josh has a "can do attitude" with my projects, which included installing an outside hand rail guard on a stucco wall, and assisting us with labeling of the electrical Main Panel and Sub-Panel breaker boxes, and cleaned and caulked our shower and master bathroom which he did a great job in caulking both these areas! :) Josh is willing and aware of what needs to be done with a pleasant personality and he is a good listener to what the goal for your projects are. Also, let me say that when the labeling of our electrical Sub-panel box project started to get tedious, Josh didn't give up on the project and hung right in there with us to the end result of both the Panel and Sub-panel electrical box labeling completion, and Josh even added advice about some of the breakers! Thanks Josh for all your helpfulness and It was very nice meeting you and I know we will be able to use your Handy-Man services in the near future! Looking forward to working with you again! See you again soon! :) D & M read more

I had leaking windows from a poorly installed trim by another contractor. We had a big storm coming, and I started looking for a handyman to caulk the trim around second story windows. I found Griffin on yelp, called him, and discussed my urgency due to an upcoming storm. He understood that caulking needed to be done that day to dry before the rain. He was able to delay a project he had going, and gave me a quote and showed up in 2 hours! He performed the work according to my request and did a wonderful job for me. The quality of work and pricing was outstanding. I plan to use him to repair the trim on other windows this summer. read more
