He came to my home to give me an estimate for my first renovations, the kitchen & bathroom. We talked about the designs, ideas and colors. They are also very patient and worked with me to get every detail just the way I wanted it. They are organized and cleaned up the job site after the projects were complete. I will definitely work with them on a few more projects and recommend them to anyone that wants a honest contractor to work with.

If you ever dealt with contractors you know some can be extremely shady and not show up or not deliver a quality job. We've been through it and had very sloppy jobs in our home. But from the beginning Carlos was very professional. He drafted out a detailed contract and we felt he was the best to do the job. With two small children we needed a specific set of dates and he was able to accommodate our request. We trusted him and we are glad we chose to work with him. We look forward to working with him on future projects.

Had the misfortune of being caught in their scam. I purchased a kitchen cabinet set from them for…read more$1500, and while they arrived quickly, the cabinets were in horrible condition. just about every cabinet had superficial and structural damage (mainly the veneer on the cabinets were damaged, in addition to cracked joints where they are to be screwed together). Upon noticing this issue I had all of the cabinets returned, as a full bad set of cabinets, is basically a quality control issue, but this process did not go smoothly. The store owner convinced me to pay in cash (wish I had not), and when i wanted to take my business elsewhere, they refused and pointed to their store policy of no refunds. With the quality of the first set of cabinets being so poor, and me being unable to to get my money back, i went with a more expensive replacement which looked to be of better quality. it also arrived quickly but this cabinet set also had it's share of defects (though this time with fewer visible defects, and more structural defects). I am now stuck with overpriced, sub-par cabinets that I am unable to get a refund on because I did not notice the store policy earlier. While they do deliver the items, all of what they seem to deliver are defective/ broken items, and then hide behind their store policy, thus leaving you with no way of getting your money back. (new to yelp, but will try to find a way to upload some pictures of the crap I ended up with)

One of my cabinet order did not fit due to my oversight in measurement. Jason was readily to exchange the product for what I needed for the space. I had a kitchen design model in mind when I got there but was not 100% sure. Jason gave me his honest opinion about the design which really gave me a better feel of decision. I was also deciding between two quartz countertops and he gave me his best opinion based on his pairing experience. Scheduling delivery was simple, they let me choose the date. I was ready for the delivery in happen in 2 weeks from initial visit/deposit. They were an hour early from scheduled time 10am that day. The adjustment cabinet and countertop measurement occurred a 4 days after The install of countertop was literally 3 days after. This was quite the quick turnaround time and we were so happy about that (although we were not in a rush). His staff was so responsive through the week when I had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Thank you again Jason and his team at Kitchen Design Studio.

We hired them to open up the first floor of our Cape Cod, and they completely helped me re-imagine the space taking down several walls to create a true open-concept layout. Along the way they installed new hardwood floors across the entire first floor, redid our shower, replaced both toilets, moved our washer and dryer, and prepped all the groundwork for our kitchen renovation. The craftsmanship throughout was outstanding. The part that really earned our trust is they delivered on what they promised AND THEN SOME! They finished within the estimate they quoted, and they were remarkably fast and efficient without ever cutting corners. Glen and his crew went above and beyond at every turn. His entire team was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with from the first day to the last.
