Next, Unify connected my Yamaha receiver to my second home's upstairs loft. Again, they ran the speaker wire through the walls and ran power and HDMI cables through my cabinets. I also purchased a second sub and receiver from Unify for my living room and had the tech connect my ARC, two subwoofer, game room, and outdoor speakers. These guys are true masters of their art! We had an existing home protection system andd Robert quoted us on replacing it with his company's. They used all my existing motion and door sensors and added two glass breakage sensors. Replaced the controller. In addition to installing the seven cameras they also mounted a 43" monitor. The install was mostly done by Clay, Bill and Kyler. Robert was there off and on and did advise and do some hands on as well. Great job on the install, very clean and the wires hidden as much as possible. Looked very professional and I am very picky. The integration of the two alarm systems had some bugs but that would be expected and Robert worked them out quickly. I definitely recommend Robert and ASAP Security.

I then called B&D and told them to come remove the system because I had a break in and the system didn't work. The owner was rude and wanted them to "come fix it" I told them no we are done at this point. He agreed to have me send in the equipment and they would cancel my contact. Now I just find out he didn't cancel it but sent it to collections! I wasn't going to write a review because I get it things happen in business but for them to say ok we will fix it and cancel this then send it to collections after their crappy system and install failed multiple times! They are not just bad at what they do but they are dishonest. They also have a D-F rating in the Better business bureau. Truthfully I don't know how they are still in business. I repeat do not use these crooks! And to the owner you need to do better and you should be ashamed of yourself.
