We really appreciated the professional and personalized service Greystone provided. Their employees were respectful, helpful, and genuinely cared about providing top-level service. Their organized pre-move planning, adherence to the moving schedule, continuity of staff during the move, and post-move follow-up also added to our positive experience. read more

Greystone Relocation Services made what could've been an overwhelming cross-country move feel effortless. From the very first phone call, I felt completely taken care of, understood, and supported. The team was warm, professional, and incredibly organized--every step of the process was handled with white-glove care. My project manager, Briant, was an absolute gem--communicative, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. The moving crew worked with remarkable efficiency, packing and loading everything in just a few hours while treating my belongings with the utmost care and respect. They even handled the transfer of my car and liquor collection, which was such a relief and made the entire process seamless. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, and I never once had to stress about logistics or timing. By the time everything arrived in Chicago, it was clear that I had made the best possible choice. If you're looking for a moving company that combines luxury-level service with genuine human care, Greystone is it. I can't recommend them highly enough--and I'd absolutely work with them again in a heartbeat. And they even sent me flowers once I was settled in! read more

Greystone turned a potentially terrible move into a vacation-like experience! We had moved across country only 8 months prior and soon realized our new location didn't suit us at all. However the idea of packing up and leaving when we had barely finished UNpacking was particularly onerous. I fantasized about having a magic genie come over and make the move for us. I KNEW that would be impossible. However, on a bit of a lark I looked up full service movers and ran across Greystone. I contacted them thinking I was out of my mind, but within a few days I had my genie(s)! We met them at our house for a walkthrough and the next day a crew of very professional and pleasant guys came over and started packing. We got in our car and took off for the airbnb we had booked near our new home. That was it! We met them at our new house a few days later where they unloaded, unpacked and set up our new place. They even had hired a local gallery owner to come and hang all of our art. It was the easiest move ever and dealing with the Greystone folks made it actually pleasant! Who knew? Now you do! Don't hesitate to use this company. They were professional, friendly and respectful of our things while creating true convenience out of what could have been a very stressful experience. read more

I am a busy professional and sold my house with 3 weeks to move from a 4100 sf house to a 1200 sf house. The idea of packing moving unpacking etc was overwhelming. I called Greystone hoping they would be the answer and trusting that things would go smoothly. And IT DID!! On top of the packing, moving unpacking days it was raining!! Everything went off perfectly ... I highly recommend them! valerie f read more

From beginning to end they were exceptional. The whole team was responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure our move went smoothly. They use the same crew all the time so they worked well together and were obviously experts in how to pack, move, and unpack in the most helpful and careful manner. And having them cart away all the boxes at the end was so helpful. We were able to fully move in to our new house with only a few hours of work on the back end which was such a gift. They also arranged an art installer who was incredible - he had all my photos and artwork up in record time and they were all perfectly installed. They are of course more expensive than other movers but in this case you absolutely get what you pay for - I would use them again every time. read more

The service was awesome. My workers were professional, helpful, and completed the move expertly. They helped me place carpets, furniture and unpacked and organized the kitchen and closets. I couldn't have done this so smoothly without them. Thanks to Brian, Travis, Paul and Daniel. I would use them again in a heartbeat. L read more

I am extremely behind in writing this review, but if I could give 10 stars I would. The Greystone team helped pack, move, and unpack my family when we relocated from Los Angeles to the Bay Area in summer 2022. We have moved quite a bit over the years and have used professional movers in multiple cities around the country. This could have been one of our more stressful moves but the team made it the most seamless move ever! Mitzi and her team were a godsend for my family. They were incredibly organized, fast, thorough and amazing communicators. When our plans changed at the last minute, Mitzi was able to adjust and move in and organize our entire home without us present. We arrived to our new home and it looked better than we could have ever imagined! I cannot stress how valuable all of their services were for us. They treated our belongings like they were their own and allowed us to focus on our family and our professional jobs and removed all of the stress for us. I cannot imagine using anyone else in the future. read more

Very professional, efficient, and easy to work with, went above and beyond to organize our basement and closets, we have also used them in the past when we moved and they literally set up our new house identical to the old one in just a few days! Will always use them for any organizing or relocation needs. read more

I don't have time to write the lengthy review I'd like, but I had a perfect experience moving from SF to NY. Couldn't have been easier. They said Monday at 9:00 in NY. An eighteen wheeler pulls in at 8:58. Project manager from SF came to NY to supervise. Pianos, a large guitar collection, 30 years of stuff--perfect. And at the height of the pandemic! I didn't know moving could be that stress free. Left SF on a Wednesday, sitting at my kitchen table by Monday morning. It was a thrill. read more

Amazing service!! We have moved three times in five years and our most recent move with Greystone was hands down the best experience. They are organized, professional and friendly. We in essence went on vacation for a week while they moved us. We couldn't recommend them any more highly! read more

We moved with greystone recently. They were excellent and money well spent. They were very responsive, dealt with many back and forth changes at our end, moved everything without issue, and did a great job unpacking. The team was professional and well organized throughout. read more

First Deirdra and Mitzi came over and helped me through a deep organize: "throw away" "donate" "pack". Then I got out of Greystone's way and they packed me up and moved me in. I walked into my new place and was home. Amazing. I'm so grateful. read more

My partner and I were moving from Beverly Hills to the Hollywood Hills and the move was happening fast, as the landlord of our previous building was in the process of selling the apartment complex. From the time of the initial interview. with Rade and the team at Greystone Relocation Concierge, to the time that we came home to a completely assembled and organized home, I felt completely at ease and unburdened with the task of moving. Their team of professional movers were impeccably dressed - in polos and khakis, were well spoken and presentable and gave an air of class like you would come to expect from a high-end hotel. On the day of the move, Greystone Relocation Concierge took complete control of the situation by clearly communicating and walking us through every step of the process, handling the moving trucks, packing all of our belongings with care, tending to our fragile and confidential items, and finally unpacking and organizing our new home. Walking into a complete home without having worry about the stressful logistics or having to do any heaving lifting is PRICELESS. I will not use another moving service as long as I can place a call to the Greystone Relocation Concierge. read more

This company is outstanding. Professional, quality service. The packers packed everything so nicely that there was no damage to any of my many belongings and furniture. They packed, moved everything, stored it all and two years later delivered everything to me on my schedule. They were very flexible with scheduling and accommodating when I added items last minute. I was very happy when I unpacked everything recently. They are worth every penny!!! read more

I've moved every year for the last 10 years. The Greystone team has moved our family the last 3 times. We head to work on the morning of moving day and arrive to our unpacked, styled and organized new home be end of day. Even groceries in the fridge!! They somehow manage to take the even I dread the most and turn into the most enjoyable experience. Pretty sure it's magic. read more

My husband and I were dreading our upcoming move until a friend recommended we call Greystone and I could not have imagined moving could be so easy. At first the price seemed a bit steep, but trust me they are worth every penny, their services are above and beyond any other mover in town. They even organized our vinyl collection alphabetically! read more

My husband and I were moving from Beverly Hills to the Palisades after 17 years of being in our big home. I was beyond overwhelmed by logistics, emotions and just the amount of things that needed to be dealt with. Rade and his team were simply AMAZING. From the first time they arrived at our home to give us an estimate, to the champagne they gave us at the end of moving day...Every detail was attended to. Every need was taken care of. Our things were packed with incredible care and unpacked with the same meticulous attention to detail. These guys really care, they are not just movers, they are "relocation geniuses." You can move less expensively....but this team and their methodology made it worth every penny. LOVE THESE GUYS. read more

This was hands-down the best moving experience I've had yet. I was very anxious about the move because I was downsizing from a 5000+ square foot house to a 2900 square foot location. I needed movers who could help me organize, donate items, cull items, store some items while the new house was under renovation, and move others immediately. Despite the complexity and moving parts, Greystone was flexible, helpful, and accomodating. Definitely worth the money. We were able to unpack and set the entire new location in ONE DAY--right before Thanksgiving. When I first received their mailer, I assumed their services were cost prohibitive. But when I got the estimate, it was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. It is still a pricier option, but for busy people who can afford it, it is definitely worth it. I can't imagine moving without contacting Greystone. read more

Unbelievably incredible. They are worth every penny - always returns calls quickly, came to the house twice before the actual pack dates to scope out the size of the project and tag the items. The packers were friendly, fast, careful, and always very cheerful. I can't say enough good things about them. And the moving team (different from the packing team) were also fantastic. This is the kind of relocation service that has been sorely needed. Thank you Dustin and team, Rade, David, and Antonio and team! read more

Greystone is fantastic!! Rade and David were a dream to work with. After listing our house for sale, I thought I'd have plenty of time to organize our move. With a buyer requesting a very short escrow, we had only days to get 10 years of personal effects and furniture moved to our new house. Rade and David met with us to formulate a game plan, then had our old house packed up with care, moved to our new house, and perfectly and professional unpacked. The professional, friendly - and handsome! - team set up our new house in a single day. And, the move occurred while we had our busiest work days of the quarter, which meant that we couldn't even be involved! The Greystone team attended to every detail beautifully, with the utmost of care and attention to detail - probably even more than we would have done ourselves. They are the best! You'll love them! read more

This service was made for someone just like me -- A delayed closing on a home and having to vacate the current property all while heading back to a location over 1000 miles away. I had a friend suggest Rade and his Greystone company and turns out I had many other friends who also had used their services. The quote was accurate, the service on time, as scheduled, stored my belongings during my delay, came home to an unpacked new home. I couldn't have hoped for anything more! read more

I was hopeful that Greystone could help organize a large move from our current home. I was initially put-off by the fact that they charge $100 to give an estimate, but I do understand their time has value. What I got for $100 is 30 minutes of the estimators time, and an estimate with minimal detail. The way they do their estimates is a base price plus extras. The base price was $14,650 but the list of extras could go up to any price they decided was appropriate to charge AFTER they move you. Save yourself $100 and just get a few estimates (for free) from other movers. read more

Don't buy the other reviews. Pompous. Unprofessional. Wasted my time. I guess they are trying to cater to Hollywood elite. Called for a quote, scheduled with the owner. He called me the day before our appointment to reschedule for another day "that worked best for him". I told him that day I had contractors at my house and would be busy but if it was the only time it worked for him - okay. Well, he shows up doesn't even look at the contents of my home, doesn't set foot in any of the rooms, only the living room... and when my contractor interrupted to ask a quick question, he abruptly (and very rudely) said he needed to go - without looking at any of the rooms to give me a quote!!! He was at my home for 5 minutes. What a jerk for wasting my time. Obviously, this company is trying to cater to elite fancy to overcharge and rip off people. I guess my house wasn't expensive or large fancy enough for him and he didn't want to waste his time when there were super rich people he can gouge. Oh, well, I spent well over 13k to move and store with another company. This business owner will fail - because he has no clue how to run a business or treat potential customers. read more

I am so glad that I contracted this company. An impromptu decision to transfer to San Diego, sell my house, buy a new home while still working off shifts full time left me with no time to spare for anything else. I needed what this company had to offer and they did not disappoint. From the start, it has been an excellent experience. No stone was left unturned. Their team anticipated my every need even before I thought of it myself and provided services that I didn't think a moving company would have. Yes, they are expensive, but worth every penny. There is no price for peace of mind. And the whole process was taken care of on a short notice, on my schedule, without having to be there. I was treated like a customer should be treated with efficiency, professionalism, and respect. They also added a personal touch, by sending me cards and gift items to convey their appreciation of my business. I found that very endearing. I've moved multiple times across the country and by far they are the best. Thank you so much Greystone Relocation Concierge for the phenomenal care of my personal items and me. The firm came and evaluated the furniture being moved from my 3000 sf home in Santa Monica to two separate locations. They packed everything carefully and delivered it timely to both Brentwood and Boston, all without problems. I would highly recommend this firm: they are professional and very careful with your belongings; their estimated charges were spot-on with the final bill. read more

Unbelievable service. I was a little nervous about having "strangers" pack up our 7000 sq ft house because I didn't want to lose anything. (I didn't - woo hoo! In fact, I actually found things I had previously lost!) The packers and movers were so professional and used their brains (i.e. didn't wrap pencils in bubble wrap - they knew how to pack and transport things thoughtfully.) They always showed up on-time and had great attitudes. I loved the fact that they could help with all the details of a move, from donating items (large and small) to hanging a bike rack. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Yes, they are more expensive than the ordinary company, but their service is extraordinary. Thanks so much for making our move a smooth one! read more

We can't say enough positive things about the job Greystone did in helping us move out of our condominium and into our new home -- with several weeks of storage in between. The team was prompt, courteous, hard-working and always looking to reassure us that our comfort with the process was their number one concern. The Greystone packing team and Wetzel moving team were both extremely well managed by our on-site concierge Frazier, whose eye for detail and unflappable nature created a moving experience unlike any we've had before. They are the first to recognize that they are not inexpensive -- but, owing to their over-the-top service -- Greystone represents great value! read more

I cannot recommend Rade and his team at Greystone Relocation Concierge enough! We were moving from a very tricky 3 story townhouse into a new home and needed a lot of help. We have two small children and I was unable to do anything move related at all. We needed full packing, moving and unpacking services. I am a control freak and giving up all this responsibility did not sit easily. Rade and David swept in and assured me that this very stressful situation was completely under control and I needn't worry - and they were right! Their team packed our 2,000sf house in one day, moved everything from one house to the next without a peep of protest from our old neighbors or parking officials, and unpacked and set up our new house so we were able to walk in and settle on the first day. The guys even decorated my 3 year old son's room so that he felt at home right away! I was really touched by that. The attention to detail was phenomenal and not a single item was damaged - a first. I could go on and on - Greystone was completely amazing and as good as advertised. read more

Simply put - Greystone is the best!! Rade and David have impeccable customer service, they take the time to really listen and get to know their clients needs and their teams are discreet, trustworthy and do an absolutely fantastic job. I oversaw an incredibly complicated move and Greystone helped to make the process painless and efficient. They went above and beyond when it came to working with some of the more difficult aspects of my particular move and their team were absolute pros. I can't recommend their services enough. read more

As a single guy moving from Silverlake to Beverly Hills, I dreaded the idea of sorting and packing up years of stuff in my rental home. It seemed an incredibly overwhelming and daunting task. Until Rade, David and Greystone came into my life. Rade and David showed up, surveyed my house, knew exactly what was needed, and assured me it would all be taken care of. Their team was OUTSTANDING. They organized me and my belongings in the most thoughtful, intuitive, careful fashion. Their team was straight out of a movie--professional, attentive, attractive, and warm. Moving became a cinch. Such a weight was lifted from my experience, I don't think I'd ever consider moving again without Greystone. The definition of superior, top-of-the-line, ultra-competent service. Worth every penny, trust me. read more

Professional, courteous, efficient, organized...and, yes, even well-dressed! We first used Greystone Relocation Concierge for a complex move from a large residence - some items were staying with the house, some going to storage, and other items went to a new residence. With less than a month to get organized, Greystone swooped in and provided excellent assistance with the planning, logistics, and successful execution of this daunting project. From the very beginning, two strengths that were immediately apparent with Greystone were a keen attention to detail and effective communication. I received prompt and thorough responses to my questions (as well as refreshing replies to my spontaneous requests for reassurance that, yes, everything would go smoothly!) Greystone didn't let us down. By the time moving day arrived, the entire move flowed seamlessly. Greystone will personally adjust to accommodate exactly how you want your move done - their services are completely customizable based on your individual preferences (and moving anxieties -- although I assure you that with Greystone you will ultimately have none!) I was especially impressed with the packing process - every item is treated with the utmost care and their process is implemented in such a carefully catalogued fashion that you can ask a team member, "Where is that glass owl that was on thaaat bookshelf?" and they'll be able to locate the item in the box it was packed in...within minutes. Set-up of items in a new residence is also a Greystone specialty - their team can beautifully organize closets, kitchens, and more. I enjoyed the time I spent with the Greystone team during the move; they have a great energy. We have now used Greystone for a second move, which went just as smoothly as the first. I recommend the Greystone team for your next move - however big, small, complicated, or simple - they'll adjust for you and handle your project with ease and style. read more

I cannot recommend Greystone highly enough. There's always a leap of faith when hiring movers. Is the beautiful website design and wonderful interaction with the company a sign that everything will be the highest quality, or is it merely a façade? With Greystone my expectations were exceeded every step of the way. The initial interaction with the company was lovely. Their packing services were amazing and though we had over 250 boxes we did not find a single item that was broken. The day of the move they had engendered so much trust that neither my wife nor I felt the need to be at the move and not a single box was lost or misplaced. Further, the interactions with other people was also quite smooth. I received unsolicited comments from the building manager at my new home and my employer about what a pleasure it was to work with such a professional company. While slightly more expensive (though truthfully not that much more), you get exactly what you would hope for from Greystone and much more. They came through on every promise they made. This was far and away the best and easiest moving service I have ever come in contact with. read more
