Just take Jaunty for example.....I notice they have the cheap one 1.5G and they beat around the bush, finally saying it's a distillate--in so many words--so I buy the more expensive one, thinking it's not disgusting hot dog water. Called to see what happened and the employee told me the web site was wrong and basically it was my responsibility to ask how much the product was. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I always leave a few dollars as a tip. Now my tip will be they should have better customer service when addressing an issue. I will never leave another tip again. This should cover that extra $20 bucks the employee made for the business.
