This is my magical place away from home. I'm heavily into guided meditation. Meditation feeds my soul. This is where I go when I need to align my body, mind, and spirit . Meditation truly centers me and brings me back to what's important in life.The instructors are all really great. Everyone is so friendly. They offer several services.They also have a cute shop with various crystals and unique things. The good energy in this place is unlike any other. I was overcharged for a class and my friend was undercharged for the same class. I asked the employee who took my payment to let a manager know so that they could help me. She kept saying that there was nothing that she could do to help me and that she couldn't get in touch with a manager because they were out of town. There is also a light fixture outside of the exit door that dangles by a string, which could potentially fall and hit someone on the head... the employee stated that it's always been like that & we asked if she could bring it up to the manager and said that's just how it is. I called the other day to ask to speak to a manager about these issues and the employee that answered the phone kept going back and forth with me about how "nothing can be done " about my situation. She pretended that she would leave a message for the manager, and I asked her if she needed my number or if it was on caller ID... she said "I guess" and continued to go back and forth with me about how nothing can be done. This is awful customer service. Please do better for your clientele and please train your employees to let these issues be resolved by management instead of arguing with customers on the phone. So unprofessional. read more

First off- WOW! This is such a beautiful, amazing establishment. The energy once you walk into this shop is uplifting, healing, so light and fresh. It's amazing and makes you never want to leave. Crystal shopping here is especially great as they offer detentions and names for each crystal for new comers! All are welcomed here and it is known right away . The staff is especially friendly and kind hearted, you can hear it in their voice! They offer beautiful raw pieces, ti crafted pieces, to jewelry, incense and even mantra cards. There are meditation classes they offer as well, which is such a beautiful thing being able to teach what they sell to their customers! You can really feel the energy here, and they offer great items. I love it here! read more

Not much to say. All positive, though! I just come here to purchase their natural Japanese styled inscense and look at their crystals. Shoppe is always clean, and the staff are professional. And they offer a nice variety, considering the small size. I haven't taken any classes here, so I cannot comment on them based on my experience. However, I have heard positive feedback from customers who frequent this shoppe more than I do. A neighbour of mine enjoyed a meditation class with her kid last year. The staff is so friendly. I was walking to pick up food last summer and stopped in my tracks. I had no idea there was a metaphysical shop right in patchogue! I went right in, beautiful atmosphere and energy, ended up leaving with a few beautiful rings, raw crystals, and a tarot deck. Such a nice little surprise! 10/10 will come here forever - they have a great array of raw (not tumbled) stones with wallet cards for beginners or whoever, and the most unique tarot and oracle decks. I only found this place about a month and a half ago and I can honestly say it has already changed my life. Since then I have attended reiki trainings, and have started attending the weekly meditations. I have met so many amazing people at tranquility within that are so loving. The second you step into the store you can feel how amazing the energy is. There are new owners at this business, and it's sad to say that the level of professionalism and customer service is suffering. I tried to register for a class by calling, and I was told to go to their website. When their website link was broken, she told me that I was typing it in wrong but that their website name recently changed, which I didn't know and I made her aware that the old website was still connected to their info when searching on Google. She asked me again to register online, so I typed in the new website but didn't see the class available for sign up. I called back, a third time, and she took my name and told me to just come in and i'll pay when I get there. When I arrived for the class, the staff member had literally no idea how to check me in, take my payment, etc. When I gave her cash for the class and needed change, she asked me how much change I needed and apologized, saying she's "just a college student". Not a great look for the new owners. I won't be going back. read more

I registered for a crystal workshop. I got an email and text confirmation, but when I arrived at the store for the class, I was told it was canceled. I learned that it was canceled the day of, due to low registration. It would have been nice to be notified that the class was canceled, and to have had advance notice that this class would not be running. I drove all the way there for nothing. I called and spoke with the manager who was unapologetic and stated that she tried to call me, yet I had no missed calls or messages. I received an email confirmation when I signed up, but no email regarding the cancellation. I was only given a refund when I told them I wanted my money back. Unfortunate because it is a pretty store, but this place doesn't seem to know how to handle workshops. read more

My young niece went their Patchogue store and fell in love with two pieces of jewelry she felt deep meaning in but was unable to buy them at the time... my niece told me about the pieces while I drove her to an appointment and was worried they would be sold before she could return. So I called that afternoon and spoke to Brendan and he went above and beyond to find who helped my niece and located the exact pieces and reserved them for me. The people are so incredibly friendly and sincere there, and the store is beautiful and full of interesting gifts. I'd definitely recommend Tranquility Within at Patchogue. read more

This studio and shoppe is vibrating with great energy and warm welcoming staff. I Just had my first Hatha yoga session with instructor Shannon. She gracefully guided us through 75 minutes of yoga and meditation. She was wonderfully supportive as she addressed the needs of each individual in regards to the level they were at. I enjoyed my experience and appreciated that she provided blocks, blankets, and straps in the event that we needed it. I intend on returning. read more
