A mutual friend recommended this store to me simply because of their incense selection. When I walked in I was blown away with this store. You feel the positive energy the moment you enter the store. Their incense selection is massive. It is by far the largest selection I've seen, even larger than Utopia's out in Hicksville. They also have a large incense resin and cone selection. There's beautiful spiritual music heard throughout the store. They have essential oils, natural medicine, candles galore, a huge selection of medicinal herbs (the largest I've seen), tarot/oracle/angel cards, a large book selection and etc. I can go on and on. Speaking with the owner briefly I was informed of the stores history and the business owner's goals and future vision of the business. They've earned a new customer so I'm excited to see what the future holds for this business! During my visit I viewed an office space in the back corner and 2 people were seated at a table. Obviously it was some sort of reading room. When speaking with the owner briefly I was educated on their resident psychic. They are a natural born Intuitive, Empath, Clairvoyant, and psychic. Their modalities include Reiki Master and Teacher, Lightworker, Health consultant (psychic has extensive knowledge on herbs and is a vegan), kundalini specialist, crystal healer, life coach, spiritual counselor and gemstone specialist. I decided to have a free consultation with their psychic and I'm so glad I did. The consultation felt like a reading because it lasted almost an hour and the psychic was able to tell me details without asking for my name or etc. They read me with no crystal ball or tarot cards for that matter! They were simply able to see my aura and energy and were able to detect an imbalance in my chakras, specifically in my solar plexus chakra region. All in all I expected my visit to be short simply because I was planning on purchasing just incense. My visit turned out to be almost a hour and a half and I spent almost a $100 on a orgonite necklace and pyramid, incense and reiki candles. Coming to this store for years. As a Wiccan Priest I get many items I need for spell casting and healing. I have always come here to get my essential oils, figurine candles and gemstones. One of the biggest reasons why I continued to come here throughout the years is the owners dedication to meet my needs. If a item wasn't in stock depending of the level of difficulty restocking it I always got what I was looking for in less than a week. If it wasn't a item they sold the owner went out of his way to get it for me, no matter how hard it was to obtain it. Haven't been to the store in quite some time but I was their on the Saturday the 26th and immediately noticed the changes and how they've expanded. Right in front of their register is a new shelving unit showcasing their new expanded Wiccan themed product line: Tarot/Oracle cards, leather bound journals, oil burners and candle holders with the pentagram symbol and etc. Speaking briefly with the owner I was informed of his dedication and focus on expanding to catering to every spiritual persons needs whether you a bible thumping Christian/Catholic, Santeria Practitioner or Wiccan/Pagan. The owner has only recently begun expanding wiccan/pagan themed merchandise and they already have more merchandise in stock and better priced than a certain wiccan/pagan store in Sayville. Their recently renovated "Positive Energy Gift/Showroom" is truly exquisite. Cathedrals of pure amethyst in various sizes, a chakra section, reiki section. They also have a large in depth orgonite section, which I can guarantee no store on Long Island has. Believe me, I've looked into it. They recently assembled a cube shelf unit in their showroom to even further showcase more merchandise. I felt honored that the owner asked me my opinion as to what I felt they sold display on the shelving unit. I'm psyched as to what the future holds for this business. I've been looking for various essential oils without having to buy them online, so yelp suggested this shop (among others). Right from walking through the door, I was overwhelmed with the huge amount of products offered. They really have EVERYTHING. After waking the aisles, I began talking to the owner, and after a second you could see how passionate he is about what he does. He then suggested I check out the back room where he keeps his gemstones and healing stones and crystals. I can't explain what I felt walking in that room without sounding a little crazy, but I immediately felt the energy in there. Essential oils were far from my mind then. I was blown away by how beautifully and carefully he set everything up. I immediately felt connected in a way I can't explain. I'm not sure if this is more of a review on the impact visiting this store had on me, but either way, if you're looking for anything that's listed in the description, you will not be disappointed. From California to New York this is the best botanica / metaphysical supplier I ever been too . The attitude and energy of a store like this is everything to me. When I first got the info for Ana's on a Yelp search I called. I spoke to Jose who I believe is the current owner (his mother was the original owner ,family business ) He was so busy yet didn't rush me off the phone. He explained the stores history, his knowledge,and what ghe importance of the quality of a product was to him . I came by about a half hour shy of closing that evening. Two woman were there besides himself. I was asked several times if I needed some direction and when I turned down the offer was then directed to a items list that was translated from Spanish to English. They have an abundance of supplies and don't lack variety as far as herbs ,oils and candles. I wish they had a wider selection of crystals and gems. By the way YES they carry selenite in several forms including candle holders . The items r modestly priced . I can't wait until I get a chance to be in Brentwood again. I have been coming to Anas Botanica for a couple of months now. The products Ana's Botanica provides cannot be compared , as an avid collector of spiritual relics and natural Stones , gems, incense and herbs -Ana's cannot be beat. Compared to other "stores"catering to those spiritually intuned, Ana's Botanica by far has been my favorite . The owner is more than helpful; upon my first encounter and so forth , he has catered to my individual needs pertaining to what I am looking for ( precious stone necklaces, rings, natural oils etc) and if it is not in store at the time he went out of his way to order specifically what I desire instead of the old " we just don't carry that" not to mention the staff are very welcoming their is a Reiki healer on staff as well as a psychic who are well trained , well intuned and most importantly genuine . "The Real Deal" All I can say is we were in need of guidance. We walked in and we thank our lucky stars we did. We were greeted by Jose and we spoke with him briefly about our situation. He recommended we speak with Bryan (an angel in disguise). When we were introduced to Bryan the whole vibe changed. When we spoke there was no hocus pocus BS about being cursed and how he could cure us. None of that at all. We had a Reiki session with Bryan and let me tell you it was such a peaceful release of tension, bitterness, negatively and despair. It was a uniquely beautiful experience but most importantly it was very freeing. Walking away lighter, hopeful and thankful was our Christmas miracle. Been a loyal customer for over 10 years.... Customer service, merchandise quality are awesome.... Their candle selection/quality is BAR NONE. I cherish their incense selection, and their selection has recently expanded! Dont classify this business as just a Botanica because their products are not just for Botanica enthusiasts. Simply put, they are an all in one spiritual store that serves all religious sects. They have a large selection of gemstones/gemstone jewelry. Large and exquisite selection of evil eye stuff. They have a recently constructed room called their "Positive Energy Gift Room" located behind their register. I entered today for the first time and was blown away. This was a bit of a trek for me to get out to, but wow did it absolutely exceed my expectations. I'd been to a couple other shops like this, but this was the only one that felt incredibly legitimate right from walking through the door. The owner is very knowledgeable and obviously has so much passion for what he sells and making sure the customer finds exactly what they're looking for. There was another employee in the store, unfortunately I didn't catch her name, but she went above and beyond to explain all the different products to me, in between juggling multiple customers on a very busy day they were having. She was so sweet and made my experience there all the better. I left the store feeling like it had made my day. Seriously. I can't wait to go back there. I absolutely love this store. From the moment I walk into the store there is a calming presence that comes over me, it is simply magical. You are always greeted with a friendly hello and the products are amazing. The candles are the best quality and burn so clean and smell SOOO amazing!!! I have been wearing one of their bracelets for 4 years and it is still intact despite the daily abuse from life it endures. I have asked the owner, several times if they had something in prearticular, and if they didn't, the next time I went she made sure she has it. There is an endless section of candles, herbs, books, cards, oil incense, and candles. I have also had multiple readings by Mimi and Lillianna, and they were spot on accurate!!! Less than 5 minutes from the LIE I walked into a family atmosphere with smiling faces everywhere. I felt so comfortable and was comforted by the extensive knowledge I received from the owner, Jose.
