It's a nice store and the people working in the store are nice. It would get 5 stars, if they didn't mislabel their stuff. I'm not sure if they know what live resin is, when it comes to carts. I can't stand hot dog water vapes--e.g the distillate ones, that taste like the dopey flavor they put on the packaging--and I've been burned one too many times by them saying something is "live resin" only to be disappointed with this flavored nonsense! It makes me insane! Just take Jaunty for example.....I notice they have the cheap one 1.5G and they beat around the bush, finally saying it's a distillate--in so many words--so I buy the more expensive one, thinking it's not disgusting hot dog water. WRONG....this is a great place, but I wish whoever owned it, actually smoked reefer. (if you erase this review again, I'll just post it again) read more

Went on 7/12/26 at 12:53pm. Anthony Discolo( 87370 ) was rude, refused to acknowledge his mistake, and walked away when I brought up the issue. I asked for a correction and he simply gave attitude that he would need to refund me( i paid cash). The OTHER anthony (87205) helped correct the mistake and was kind. read more

The bud is ok, definitely not like cali bud. They need more bud that has better thc. The service was definitely great.

My past few visits the product has been total duds. My latest purchase was a $90 tincture that does absolutely nothing and $100 vape that absolutely burns your throat. I've been a THC user for 15 years and have never had issues with crappy products before. My advice, skip the Riverhead location and go to the Poospatuck reservation. Regardless of what others say, their pricing and quality has always been better. read more

Strain Stars - Riverhead - Head and Heal tincture. Total crap - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Riverhead, New York

Was visiting relatives in Riverhead and anted to check this place out. We brought our dog and everyone one so nice and helpful. I travel a lot and visiting dispensary's is a hobby of mine. I was exciting going to big box weed store. The layout is spacious and the floor staff was super helpful. The gentleman beyond the counter offered me a fatty for 12 bucks and it was indeed as excellent as he said -- one of the nicest pre-rolls ever! I found several products I wanted to try - small batch growers. So far I beyond pleased with excellent suggestion Shawn made. The only change I. would make is to let customers know the tipping policy, if there is one. I'll be back for sure as will my cuz. read more

I went into the store a few times and the associates were all extremely knowledgeable so I was excited to order delivery, and payment was supposed to be a breeze since I was paying directly from my checking account. Usually, no biggie, right?! BUT I noticed some inconsistencies between the price they quoted me and what they actually pulled from my account! So, while their associates are absolutely lovely, I just can't bring myself to recommend them. I hate hidden fees, and who needs that surprise? read more

I got yelled at by security for touching a glass pipe. Only the staff can grab the item and show it to you. I pick out the one I wanted get to the register the item only cost $25 they have to round it up to $30 you can only use a debt card then hands me $3 cash for the atm fee. Check my account $30 plus $3.50 fee for a pipe that looks like it cost $10. They are trying to be more of a boutique than a dispensary which you end up paying for the decorations. I would never buy flower from this place it's highway robbery you're better off going to the reservation. This place is ideal for upper high clientele that has the funds and doesn't know better. I get flower delivery from California for 3/4 of the price. My first time there was pleasant, my second time there was a horrible experience getting yelled at like I was a child 3rd time never will I ever step foot into this establishment. Please stay away you have been warned this place is ideal for Karen's Never never never read more
