It's a nice store and the people working in the store are nice. It would get 5 stars, if they didn't mislabel their stuff. I'm not sure if they know what live resin is, when it comes to carts. I can't stand hot dog water vapes--e.g the distillate ones, that taste like the dopey flavor they put on the packaging--and I've been burned one too many times by them saying something is "live resin" only to be disappointed with this flavored nonsense! It makes me insane! Just take Jaunty for example.....I notice they have the cheap one 1.5G and they beat around the bush, finally saying it's a distillate--in so many words--so I buy the more expensive one, thinking it's not disgusting hot dog water. My past few visits the product has been total duds. My latest purchase was a $90 tincture that does absolutely nothing and $100 vape that absolutely burns your throat. I've been a THC user for 15 years and have never had issues with crappy products before. My advice, skip the Riverhead location and go to the Poospatuck reservation. Was visiting relatives in Riverhead and anted to check this place out. We brought our dog and everyone one so nice and helpful. I travel a lot and visiting dispensary's is a hobby of mine. I was exciting going to big box weed store. The layout is spacious and the floor staff was super helpful. The gentleman beyond the counter offered me a fatty for 12 bucks and it was indeed as excellent as he said -- one of the nicest pre-rolls ever! I found several products I wanted to try - small batch growers. So far I beyond pleased with excellent suggestion Shawn made. I went into the store a few times and the associates were all extremely knowledgeable so I was excited to order delivery, and payment was supposed to be a breeze since I was paying directly from my checking account. I got yelled at by security for touching a glass pipe. Only the staff can grab the item and show it to you. I pick out the one I wanted get to the register the item only cost $25 they have to round it up to $30 you can only use a debt card then hands me $3 cash for the atm fee. Check my account $30 plus $3.50 fee for a pipe that looks like it cost $10. They are trying to be more of a boutique than a dispensary which you end up paying for the decorations. I would never buy flower from this place it's highway robbery you're better off going to the reservation. This place is ideal for upper high clientele that has the funds and doesn't know better. I get flower delivery from California for 3/4 of the price.
