Made a purchase that was listed on the page @$35 per eight. When I got home went through receipt ( had other purchases) realized they charged $45 per eight. Called to see what happened and the employee told me the web site was wrong and basically it was my responsibility to ask how much the product was. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I always leave a few dollars as a tip. Now my tip will be they should have better customer service when addressing an issue. I will never leave another tip again. Giving them one star is being very generous. They do not stand behind their products. I purchased 8 disposable vape pens and had them delivered. The only good thing was the delivery was great. It went down hill from there. I have had issues with all 8 pens, the batteries are dead the oil is too thick. I called and was told to buy an android battery charger to charge the units up with and for the oil I should put hot water in a bag and wrap it around the oil area. I was told that this is medicine and can not be returned, If I purchased an insulin pen in a pharmacy and it didn't work they would replace it. All together 5 of the pens went in the garbage because they wouldn't charge and the oil was just too thick. Beware of this place the products are the worst. read more

Been going to columbia care for almost two years now. The company's customer service SUCKS. They don't honor or even remotely try and help someone who orders for the holiday discounts to deliver because they can't make it the day of. Their website is always changing and lagging. They rarely if ever have the products you want in stock. Go somewhere else. Spending nearly 50 grand I guess isn't enough for this greedy ass company. read more

First time here. It's much different then what I've experienced in other states. NY state has regulated the hell out of things. Putting that aside, these places are doing the best they can with what they are allowed to work with. Mike was my pharmacist and was very helpful. Would use CC again for sure. This dispensery is clean, organized, professional and well staffed. I was in and seen by the pharmacist within 5 minutes. The pharmacist was patient, kind and thourough explaining to me about the products and the differences. There are tablets, oil,or inhalation methods. They also knew to advise on how to use each product and what to expect. The cost was actually less than I expected. $ 130 I received 3 vials of medical marijuana oil. I am a patient with EDS and severe spinal issues as well as constant pain and spasms. I am happy with this center and will continue to use them. read more

So, the website is set up so no posts can be made. Yelp is the only place to go. I have intercotal nerve damage from lung surgery and have a license in the state of New York. I have had a prescription to this State run monopoly for a year. Recently, they have cut their prescription ( diluted) so they have doubled their profits. A cartridge that lasted 2 weeks now lasts for one week for the same price. Until Columbia Care has competition, they will be able to take advantage of Cancer patients and all other clients. Went here a few times. Liked the product, however they've raised their prices exponentially!! A 30 pack of pills went from $110 per bottle to $210!! A Vape oil went from $85 per to $100. Over priced compared to other places in NY. They use to take credit cards and now only accept cash. Just really horrible. A damn shame when you're suppose to be helping people. My mother has stage 4 cancer, I am a veteran with PTSD and spine issues; and this place is a TERRIBLE let down. We'll be trying MedMen next time around for sure! read more

Wow ! what a rip-off this place is. I will still give them one star for proffessionalism and cleanilness. But that is the only positives. I agree with the opther reviewer that this is nothing like dispensaries in other states Ive been to...They have you sit down with a "pharmacist" (credentials unknown) who walks and talks you through their THREE products. They eithier sell vapes, oil (tincture), or capsules. I purchased the vape and the oil. Vape was a SHOCKING $100 for .4 ml and it did not even look half way full when i opened it after I left. I was prescribed the higher THC one and it taste horrible. On top of that I experienced zero psychoactive effects and that goes for the oil too. The oil was $55 for the tiniest little bottle and I cant tell any difference when I take it. As always listen to your doctors and if you want to try this place go for it, I just want others to know what they are in for. I will be looking for other dispensaries though. read more

A new patient that has only visited once. The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming, she also helped me with several questions. The building it's very modern and clean. The gentleman I met with was extremely informative on all products that they had to offer and was also very friendly and willing to answer questions. The only negative is the prices are high, especially for the vape cartridges l, but that's the state of NYs fault, not Columbia. Thanks for the great service! This place has good product and the price is expensive but that was expected considering there is no real competition especially in Suffolk County. Besides it is no secret that Medical Marijuana is expensive. My rating is so low because their customer service is horrific. There is no way to contact anyone in this building. I had an issue with my certificate and was not at all aware of it. I put in order after order and got denied because of a simple issue that could have been solved very easily. Except, they never pick up the phone and they never call you back. I eventually tried the line that new customers are told to connect to in order to schedule a consultation and what do you know they picked up. The woman was not very pleasant and gave a number of self assuring excuses for the reason why they never contacted me. I was told I had to call my physician which I did and had to wait another week (they are a very good and busy office) before I could straighten out this issue. What really annoyed me was that my doctor didn't understand why they didn't contact (which apparently they have done many times) them to get an approval to continue my order when it happened nearly two weeks ago. I am finally good to go but have been in horrible pain with my neuropathy and a migraine cycle that is now triggered because I have been off my medication for nearly two weeks. Also, I had a pick up where a 100.00 dollar order of sour kush flower was missing. Luckily I checked the bag before I left the parking lot. Considering how expensive this is and cash out of pocket a mistake like that should never be made. They were polite and filled it immediately but definitely check your bag before you go. read more
